Too slow for a social application. Hangs all the time the server and processing speeds have to improve a lot, but the ux is pretty decent

Don't know, How people have given 5 star rating to this app when it's not opening only. App installed, registered, login - but when I'm starting searching contacts to start chat, app get crashed. I tried multiple times. I even reinstated the app, but same issue.
