Placed 2 orders one after the next. Both showed received and confirmed and stated it will be delivered shortly. This status remained this way following this. Neither was delivered. Both charged. Multiple requests for assistance sent to the app. 10 hours later and no response apart from an automated response received from the app. No customer support.
Can't add an email and finish my signing process. The space where am supposed to put my email is just not fillable. How can this app be such badly codded? Just lost my time on trying it. i definitely will go back to deliveroo or Uber eats. I kind of hopped this app could be a better alternative than theses apps but it just seemed to be really badly codded and won't even work properly on a 2021 200$+ smartphone. Can't even manage to get past signing. Would like my time back.
Can't deliver before 11 am, can't filter through restaurants, search engine is broken, customer service absent and service fees stupid. But I was forced to download this because the website won't even function
Very bad app experience. Often when I pay with one form of card, payment is not registered. I am usually forced to pay through another means (PayPal). There is hardly any information given on the progress of one's order. There also seems to be a FAR higher spending limit for most orders (25 euros per order MINIMUM vs. a far lower sum on competing apps). While it gets the job done on making orders when you have no other choice, it leaves very much to be desired. Get your act together, Just Eat.
I recently started to use this service. I must admit that it was really efficient when called upon!!
Worst food delivery service in France. They always disappoint.
This is a scam of an app. On the restaurant's list they say delivery is 1.5€, then on the billing page it becomes 3€. They say free delivery above a certain amount. Even when you order for the amount, the delivery fee is still charged. Such a disgusting way to steal money from unsuspecting customers, stay aware!
Don't install this app. They are basically thiefs, often your order is missing items or even never get delivered. And the support is terrible, promising to reimburse you but several months later and half a dozen mail/phone call/chat with support you won't see anything. It's just theft with extra steps. They are far better and more honest delivery apps out there...
App changes what you order by itself. You place an order for one thing worth 20€, and the app changes it, giving the wrong order to the restaurant, and you end up receiving another item instead, worth 10€, but they still charge you the 20. A. Worst food app ever. I would put 0 stars if I could. Tells you restaurants are open and taking orders, and when you place an order, you wait 2 hours only to realise that the app was wrong and that place has been shut for 3 hours. Rubbish!
This app has been my saver after work in many occasions! It would be nicer to have more food selections and new restaurants added, it seems to be lacking in this respect. In many cases, the delivery fee and service cost are free of charge or at 1.50 euros which is very affordable (much better than in other apps). Definitely recommend this app. I very much appreciate that the app redirects you to your bank app in order to finalize a secured payment. Thanks for making it! ☺️
App punched my order twice and charged me twice for the exact same order. Customer service rep would not have it and insist I ordered twice. They refuse to give a refund. Very inconsiderate of their customers. Poor customer service in general. Will change the rating if the issue is resolved but based on my experience so far, I doubt it. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I will never use this app again. You can't see how long the food will take to arrive and they have no customer service. I ordered something that said it would take 30 minutes. After 20 minutes it said the driver was downstairs. I received my order cold one hour later! I ordered from a different restaurant. Two and a half hours later my order came. The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes... When it came it was missing items. Just eat hadn't replied nor refunded. Terrible app and company.

Undelivered first order, I got a refund for the order but not the tip made through the website. Customer service said it won't be refunded. As a compensation, I got a 5€ voucher which pushes me to spend more to "benefit" from the voucher. I asked for a refund of the tip or a voucher equivalent to a free order, both got refused. Sick and tired of these companies taking customers for sheep and having poor customer service.
I used to order from just eats all the time, never had an issue. Last time i ordered the order arrived over an hour late with only a minimal appology from the courrier, i turned a blind eye, sometimes life happens. The crux however occured tonight, i ordered at 20h00. It is now 22h00, still no sign of the courrier. I called the restaurant to see if there was an issue, and was told my order had been collected at 20h30. The restaurant is 8 min bicycle ride away. Do the math.
Worst delivery app ever, I had ordered food at 7:30pm, delivery was expected at 8pm. I had to call Just Eat twice, once after 45 minutes and the second time after 1h and 40 minutes. The guy from JustEat said in the first place that my order number was incorrect, while I had it right in front of me, then he affirmed that the delivering guy had called me which is not true considering I had been on my phone the whole time. Finally my food was delivered 2 hours late and cold. I do not recommend this app at all
Before the redesign, I could leave instructions for the restaurant about my meal (e.g. to ask for extra wasabi), and also leave delivery instructions that could then apply to all restaurants (e.g. the code to enter my building). Now the field for entering requests to the restaurant has disappeared. This is a huge regression.
Getting worse and worse by the day. Order not working. Payment failing. They took a perfectly good app and experience and turned it into a nightmare. I switched to other delivery platforms :-(
VERY BAD SERVICE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They never delivered my food, it was delivered to the wrong address. There was no way to communicate with the driver at all. I was never refunded for my not received delivery because the restaurant insisted that they delivered it. Costumer services absolutely useless!
My experience SUCKED!!! Can't wait to delete this app.
Would not recommend. I wanted to cancel an order because it was scheduled for 12 hours later and I still got charged. Zero refunds because apparently it was the restaurant's fault, but I am not using the restaurant's app. There is no cancellation option. Terrible customer service. Just use Uber Eats.
Much better since it has been redesigned. You can add faves, edit your address, have enough space for instructions, the app looks much neater and is easier to use. Things I'm not happy about: you can't see if your faves are open or not, you still can't leave reviews through the app which is just ridiculous and you can't manage your payment methods through the app either. Hoping for more options, integration and streamlining in the future.
