After using the service 8 consecutive times with the intention to review it, I can finally arrive to the conclusion that: it is a reliable service. Drivers are punctual. (Note; always booked in advance). Price estimates are reliable. All but 1 in 8 cars displayed problems with AC. Drivers are polite and wear face masks due to COVID-19. The app is TOP. So I can conclude and rate it with 5 stars hope it stays that way nevermind improving. I will review the service again in a few months time.

Can't register, SMS never arrives to my international number, even though my country is listed... Tried multiple times. What a pity :(

Good update on UI, the app runs smoothly. The only major downside is waiting time, sometimes had to wait up to 30 minutes for the taxi. Also, it would be nice if it could provide an estimate fare for the service.

It's already very expensive, and gets worst when the driver plays tricks to get you to pay slightly more. Very upsetting. The driver also couldn't find my place while he had a map, which for some reason he wasn't using.
