I rely on this to pay bills. Worked fine for the first few months and then it decided it needed to reauthenticate me. Tried all the passwords I currently use and none of them worked so I try to reset my password and it tells me it can't retrieve the security question. Finally managed to retrieve it and reset but it won't log in and gets constant connection errors when every other app works just fine. I'm pretty sure I used the right password too.

Just updated the app. Absolutely awfull. No clue how to add a new card and just making a payment is very annoying. Why do you make things worse with new updates. The old app was brilliant. This is pathetic!! Also when i click on the box to add payment amount the whole screen is taken up with the keyboard. Has anyone in your office actually tried to use this app? If so, how can you be satisfied with the results?

Used allpay for many years, website originally then app when developed. Previously when an issue arose in the app the development team would solve them within a reasonable time. However version 3.0.14 has not connected to the allpay server from installation. Refreshing & reinstalling the app doesn't work & there hasn't been any fixes in almost a year. I presume revenue isn't generated through app use otherwise it would be useable. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

App stopped working over 2 wks ago, despite none of my card details changing. Just suddenly started saying card has failed initial verification payments. Transaction not complete. Please contact your card handler, who I did. Bank says there's no reason the money shouldn't have gone out.... obvs an app fault again!

Awful. thought it would've been sorted in last 7 months but nothing. lets me set up the pin but then glitches and comes back to home screen. currently have a Huawei/Android phone (Previously had it on my iPhone and was perfect. couldn't fault it. shock) Super annoying it doesn't work for Google because it's so useful

Does no longer work efficiently. This app is totally unreliable since the new security upgrade. What used to be a hassle free experience has now turned into a mess of an experience. Taking payment from my account twice after saying payment was unsuccessful. Why make life so difficult when it was once so easy to use. Delete 😡

Latest update has bricked the app. Can no longer pay. Since rolling out security changes, which now involves entering an address, when clicking Pay the app hangs on a blank white modal screen and the payment doesn't go through. The app itself crashes and you have to force close. What's that old saying: "If it ain't broke..."

I used to be able to make payments fine with the app. But now when I go to make the payment all I get is a blank white screen and nothing else appears. It kicks my bank into asking to open my bank app but I can't add the details as allpay doesn't provide the required box to enter any details in. Please fix ASAP.

Rubbish app!! Worked fine for months then one day it just stopped working. The allpay app doesn't let me log into my account, keeps telling me i have timed out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on a number of occasions hoping the problem has been dealt with, but of course it hasn't, so now i have uninstalled it again. What an inconvenience, i was paying my rent with this app. Sort your app out because it is ridiculous. If i could give this app less than 1 star i would.

It worked for a few months, then suddenly stopped working for me today, my payment wouldn't go through and it claimed there was problem with my card provider, I checked with my bank and there was no problem there. I decided to access Allpay via the website rather than the app and the payment went through thankfully. I have since deleted the app.

Seem to remember this app used to be much better. Clearly now just seems to be dragging in the mobile Web page version. New site update/layout has led to (on my phone HTC A9) nothing fitting on the screen properly. Add to that the fact that AllPay has left my old expired card details in place but deleted my current card since my previous payment last week. Not sure what is going on their but you need to have a word with your Web and It teams, because this is a mess!

Saved cards no longer work, they have to be deleted and re entered every single time you use the app. Just keep getting error code 520, they don't seem interested in fixing this any time soon. A shame because this used to be a quick easy way to pay but now it's just a farce.

The app is relatively intuitive, though it's heavily outdated and not very secure. Suggestions: - update UI to a more modern standard - add 2 factor authentication - add fingerprint scanner login - add ability to scan card numbers, not just a barcode

Whilst all applications where customer financial details are transacted have had to have more layers of security added, phew this one has evolved from a smart swift option to something that takes you round more houses than an estate agent looking for a sale! Just a thought as well why when the developer used the numeric keyboard at login, the same wasn't used at CVV entry, instead horrible fiddly alpha numeric keyboard when you can only input numbers.

Have had this app installed for 4 months and it's successfully paid my rent once!! I've uninstalled and re installed, still useless. For a large financial app, that is well established in numerous shops and garages, its very disappointing. I'm using Android to facilitate App. Would appreciate a reply.

App is useless!! Wont let me log in. Asks for my pin code, trys to authenticate, then shuts down! When I could log in, it wouldn't recognise the type of payment I wanted to make, (rent and rates) so as a means of paying important bills it's is a waste of time,!!

I've been using this app for about 2 years now and it's worked fine but about 4 weeks ago I went on as usual to make a payment and the section where you enter the debit card security number was blocked I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it still had the same problem I emailed to ask what the problem was but have had no answer as yet

Pretty much useless as a app, constantly not working and have to use the website instead, which defeats having a app. The website has a much more long winded way to sign in and then the system still takes way too long to process payments. Over two months later and no improvement so had to use the website to pay. No point in promoting this as has not worked properly for many months!

Second review. App not working , nothing has been done with it. Problems occurred at the end of August. You can't fix it . Once everything was spot on now you can't log in, can't pay for services. It's been more than 3 months do something. I would give less than 1 star if I could, and yes you are not answering calls.

This app used to be great, easy to use, now it has updated the screen size is wrong, you cant see half the information to process any payments. I've reinstalled the app to see if that works but no!

This app worked perfectly fine for me and then one day the make a payment stopped working and has been that way for about 2/3 months now, I click the button but nothing happens. Disappointed that something so basic can be botched so easily

Rubbish and a total waste of time downloading. I would give less stars if possible! App let's you get to the Pin stage then crashes. No update available to update it. Only has this issue on Android devices not iPhone 🙄

Very bad layout. When see the statement, calendar takes all screen. When try to pay, is not adjusted to the size of the screen. Really hard to navigate doe to the oversized text.

App is unreliable which give me concerns for its security and privacy. I made a payment to my rent provider on my saved card, it came up error occurred failed to veryfy card payment details then logged me out. But upon checking my bank statement the money has been taken, this is simply not good enough, its not reliable is it secure?, I did e mail you on 27th November, you did not reply...

Can't even get passed the enter pin screen as it closes. Worst app ever. The design is awful. Looks like something you would've seen on an iPhone 3GS. It's 2018.

In the past I done card payments by using my existing card with no problem, but recently I have been trying to make card payments twice and third time It says transaction uncusessfull even my payment card is not expired. Please fix this problem. Its nothing to do with my payment card. Thanks.......

Was working fine... On trying to use it today, was forced to first download update, been stuck in an endless loop with app for 3 hours now! Not working at all! Maybe don't bother rolling out updates until it's tested as stable?

Unexpected error....is all I get when trying to create an account. No explanation, no further information, no red boxes in the form....just, Unexpected error when creating user profile...which is very very annoying.
