Much better. Now I can view my bill pays and pay w/o mistakes. Still not the best system that I have used. First time I have to input the same info monthly. If I could set up for auto pay one (bill pay) time. My personnel info wouldnt b all over the place. I could do everything one time
App is easy to use. It displayes everything clearly. When you turn the phone sidewayes it showes the whole page on the bank statement. I deposit checks with the app, just takes 3 business days to deposit, which I dont like......but it does saves you a trip to the bank. Overall I recomend the app.
allsouth mobile banking app is a great way to manage your account. it shows real time activity to all your active accounts. it offers features such as online bill payment and instant transfers between your accounts. you can screen shot and deposit checks fas and easily. i love this app and this credit union!
My banking with AllSouth has always been a pleasure. It took some time and a trip to the bank to get this app configured to sign into my accounts, but I've had no problems with it since. I use it more than accessing my accounts via my laptop.
I like a lot of the conveniences such as bill pay and mobile deposit. Sometimes the app wont let me make a payment or transfer. The submit button simply doesn't work at times for no particular reason.
The mobile app for depositing checks is the worst. It is faster just going to a branch & depositing your checks. I waste more time taking the pictures to try to get the app to accept them. This is the second time I have tried to use the app for depositing a check & each time it has given me problems. Would I recommend the app to use for depositing checks, no way. I had to give it a one star in order to post comment. Deserves no stars. I definitely will not be using again will go to a branch.
New online and mobile banking design is absolutely horrible. Important information that used to be quick and easy to see is no longer. A lot of unecessary clutter with no way to customize. Can't even log into the mobile app because it tells me that mobile banking is unavailable until March 18th, today is the 24th. Terrible, I expect better from a bank. Whoever approved the design must not use online banking regularly. I want the old design back :(
So easy to keep up with balances, cleared checks & transactions. Love the phone app! 😁 Well everything was fine until they wanted to "update" mobile banking! Supposed to be available 3/18/2020.... today is 3/20/2020, where is it??? Some people "depend" on the app!! It better be fabulous for all the inconvenience it's created 😕 Stuck at home, can't even go to the bank with all the pandemic issues & now, NO mobile banking available! 🥺🤔😟
"Application Error, we are unable to display your information at this time. please try again later" its been saying that whenever i try to deposit a check for a while now. my app is up to date and wifi is good enough, im not sure what the problem is. other than this recent problem its a really handy app
Got suckered into using this bank due to a bad decision at a dealership. The app itself hardly ever works transfers between accounts sometimes take a few days even during the work week, and making a transfer between a checking account and the loan the app has said for days that my information could not be displayed. Getting closer to being behind because of this is increasingly annoying having money to pay and not being able to.
This new integration of online & mobile has been nothing but bothersome from day one. I want the old mobile app back. This new app is just the 1st mobile app before the so call integration. I cannot get the biometric function to work in this app, I had no problems with the old app.
This has been down for maintenance and still has yet to be reactivated. It is sluggish and sometimes difficult to navigate for something with simple features.
this is a wonderful app to have. I can check my account to see what came in. Switch funds around. I don't have to go in the bank. I let my fingers do the walking on my key pad. Technology is wonderful thing to have when it comes to my banking needs. So I am a very pleased, happy customer with my bank.
Easy way to make deposit. Would like it better if when check was in correct position picture would automatically be taken instead of having to touch screen would make this even easier.
The mobile checking takes far too many attempts to make a deposit. What's suppose to be a convenience becomes inconvenient. Despite that, still love the app.
I love this app I can always check my account and transfer money if I need to from one account to another. It's very friendly user also you can pay your Bill's from your home with this app.
Good for transfers between my own accounts, and keeping up with balances. Fingerprint access is not always dependable.
I cannot access my account or nothing the app is still giving me a message saying that y'all are working on it and it's past the date I deleted the app and reinstall it and still getting the same results y'all need to do better
I left a bank I'd been with for years that promised it was better than the rest (turns out it's just monthly fees) to join Allsouth. The app is just as good as the big banks.
Love that there is mobile deposits available. Also open a new account without even having to go to the bank. And the fingerprint to open the app... 👌👍🙌
Simple interface for quick and easy banking on the go. Highly recommend!
The app use to be very well and useful. But since the update they made to make it better and supposed to be done by March 18, 2020. I have not been able to log in since March 16, 2020.
would have given it 5 stars but it should have more features like auto balance display as an option... still a great app.
so far seems to be a really good app. i just opened the account and started using it so if anything changes I'll come back and let y'all know. FR FR 💯
Absolutely love this app. To know i can deposit my hand written checks in the bank without leaving the comfort of my home is enough for me!!!!!
It has been several days after the application update and i am still unable to log into my account via the app. I was able to login on the computer but not through the application. This update Allsouth FCU has done has been awful. Please do your best and fix this soon as many of your loyal customers rely on this app and use it often. Thank you in advance.
