Only been day 2 of useing this app and im having trouble! I work with a client that is deep into woods i cant canect or clock in or out wont go though..so i have to clock in and out at the end of drive way by road..drive way is long! So the stuiped your not at clients location pops up...Tried clocking out and it laods for a min..the screen goes black!🤷♀️but had no problem clocking in! Still not clicked out..ugh!!
I can be at home of client and get notification of being at wrong location. Many times when clocking out inside clients home I get notification that I clocked out miles away. Other times my clockout is confirmed, I will later get notice that I didn't clock out. I am sooo frustrated. My clients do not have landlines for reporting. About ready to give up. Now I am told pay will be docked due to "my errors". Bad app.
Connection is bad. Location on and still won't connect. I'm always late clocking in due to this. Annoying. And freezes more then once. This is not the first time.
This app is absolutely no good if I could give it a zero-star that's what I would do,.sometimes will not open when it's time for you to go, you got to sit and wait at the client address until the app is completely ready to do its own thing, when you have to go on another case.i could live without this ☹️
The Ally app is very convenient in clocking in and out for work. Is it also convenient in checking your schedule at your convenience at any time. Thank you for making the app so easy to use.
Ally is a good app, easy to navigate. Makes clocking in and out easy. Like how i can go back and look at my logins.
Great for logging in at work with the occasional issues of not being able to log in/out during bad weather (which is a network issue, not an app issue)
Great app to clock in and out my job. Very understanding, when you email them they're very prompt and courteous in answering back to resolve any problem.
So quick and easy to use. I feel it doesn't take time away from my clients as login and logout are simple and straightforward.

Great App! Good to know I can always log in and get the info I need. Love that I no longer have to dial in. This is so much better and all the info I need is at my fingertip. Thanks for the great app.

Horrible. Will not let me sign in or change preferences. Will not let me clock in or out properly.
If I could rate this app a 0 I would it is absolutely garbage you clock in and at the end of the week you find out that they have missing shifts ,missing clock out but you did clock in or missing clock ins when you did clock out absolutely garbage! garbage !garbage !garbage !
This app use to be really good Now i get errors and it takes for ever to get onto the app I end up gettting a text to clock into my shift
Used this ap for a year and it served its purpose it made it easy and convenient to track hours and be paid on time
Look the app it work great never any problems can see everything i need in can log in in out with no problems
its not as simple as other app i have never used it before yet on trying to set it uo its not reckognising my information its telling me they cant locate an account tho i never used it before

This is awful. The concept is great but it fails miserably. The app will not work at my client's house at all... I get some kind of connection error. But, if i clock in thru my reminder email sent the previous day, no problem... However, if i navigate away from that page, i cannot get back there. What the hell? So, then i have to call from the client's home phone. What a fiasco. Ally... This is 2021, don't make an app that doesn't work or folks will leave 1 star reviews. AWFUL.
