Very frustrating using it, after paying for it, every time we watch an episode to get to the second one it tells me to scan the QR and start again. I don't understand why pay for it and some episode says it's for free and the next not, eventho I've paid for the whole year......

Good content BUT you have an issue with casting on tv, I am using fire stick tv and casting through an app called Airscreen. I used different streaming apps and it is working fine but yours seems not. please fix this issue ASAP

Very frustrating, unfriendly app... Can't even open it, freezes all the time, disappointing.... Specially after I pay for 1 year

very good , but i downloads some episodes to play offlien , after several days i couldn't play it because the offline time is ended ! the problem must be resolved

app is important but written by amateurs compared to other steaming apps. very difficult to follow episodes. written a complaint several times

Its so so so frustrating,that asking me all the time to enter my information, and when I do it says I reach the Limit please try again which i did try o ly when Time, its so upsetting. And I know you will say the problem been fixed by your technical team which is not at allllll😡😡😡😡😡😡😉

Brothers, if you can add English subtitles, I will purchase a subscription. There is only English and Turkish subtitles.

I bought the special package offer and all was well, until the application canceled my subscription without notice, removed the offer and asked me to re-subscribe at a higher price. I contact support and they blame me initially then tell me they will check and contact me again and since nothing. A blessing in disguise. I wanted to support these shoes officially but the app itself is bug ridden, especially with Chromecast, and overall not worth it.

The option to subscribe through google pay is no longer exist. I used to pay through Google pay account. Please fix this issue so I can subscribe again.

Hi noorplay team i think this app's such a good app it helps me during this never ending quarantine so interesting and easy to use. however there's no english subtitles available on this app i really hope you to add english sub because it'll upgrade the app value itself so people could use it generally.

There are no English subtitles available on the app .... Please have them before The Fateha Al-andulsia series....

Few major issues with the service and app. Let's start with the service, when you are viewing a video, it rotates the screen in a specific way but it is not responsive if you wish to rotate it the other way. This is a small user experience feature that I expect form a simple player. Second, it does not remember where you stopped watching. So you have to remember where you stopped to play it next time. Finally, the streaming service is quite bad unfortunately. I am yet to try it on a faster internet but the experience has been quite bad. No download to play later feature now the streaming service work fine. Quite disappointing.

I love the movies and series but the app lags alot.

Waste of money as no arabic translation plus the last episode u still watch it when it is already out on youtube and other channels for free .very disappointed ..subscribe for a year bcz i like watch turkish series ottman but unfortunately they do not translate it to arabic ..but i end up watching it on youtube ..plus sometimes it won't let me login !!!!!!!!!!!am fuming 😡😡😡the worst app ever ,worst ..i have netflix for years i logged in once thats it ..this...

The subscription renewal its keeps popping up during the month and prevent me from watching when my account is active !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It gets stuck very now and then, it asks you to sign in multiple times and when you sign in it says limit reached try again later ... and this is a paid for app !! Very disappointed

Every time when i open the app log me out " session expired". Then when I try to log in give me " limit reached, try after sometime" . I do not trust your bad service. I should wait and keep trying .

Everything is fine except English and Urdu subtitles on Turkish series. Kindly do it at the earliest.

Very bad and so boring way in work boring boring .All series do not know when the episode will come out and sit for a week and two weeks for the victory of one episode, a bad team and a worse application

First of all it doesn't let me create an account, secondly I would recommend the development teem to add English subtitles in every series as it would attract people outside turkey

Very bad. You took my money for bad experience, please return my money. The app sign out by itself and could not log in again.

Slow on loading, keep asking password multiple times , even when put password it keep saying limited time reached . It's my first time but uncomfortable experience

No casting, no Arabic audio most of the time , forward and backward is a pain. Simply paying to get frustrated

Who is in charge of adding English subtitles ? Doesn't he/she knows series 75 doesn't contains English. what waste of time as subscribers ????? English subtitles are missing on smart phone but they appear on TV !!. What is going on ??
