No improvement as of March 24 2022. Logs me out multiple times due to "inactivity" after 60 to 90 seconds into mobile depositing of checks. Have to unload and reload the app multiple times each year too. What a mediocre annoyance.
I constantly have to delete and reinstall to be able to log in on the mobile app. Very fustrating. Even when i do rejinstapl i still have to wait a long time for it to load. Not sure what happened but very fustrated.
Lots of bugs and delays need to be worked out. Snapshot feature needs to adjust the focus before taking snapshot. Also, amounts of mobile deposits should be increased.
Using the APFCU app makes banking with them so easy! You can make a deposit with them online (so long as it's not more than $3000) and see your statements online which is so convenient!
App is quick and easy to use. A time saver. also shows you a true balance so you know what you have left to spend excellent!!
could be better. A better indicator when the ideal angle for an online deposit would be great with 1-3 tries, but not when i have to attempt 3-10 times.
Deposit program runs too slow. The picture taken is automatic, better to let customer focus it and push the button.
Like the account information, but the check deposit, and bank to bank transfers never work. Have tried dozens of times over last year 0% success rate.
I think everything is good except for piercing loud camera shutter sound when you are making a mobile check deposit that you have no way in disabling.
Took me 5 months to figure out that check deposit was actually a mobile deposit feature. Super confusing. Requires you to enter an amount before it asks you to take a picture of your check.
This is an easy banking app to use! Not the most fancy and not as many tools as other banks. But then, we aren't the most sophisticated credit union either lol.
Convenient & easy to use! One suggestion, add the "show password" feature at the login screen.
Unable to zoom to inspect front / back pics. I've had check deposits rejected due to "blurry" pics, but how can you tell when you gotta stare at a small pic of your check and unable to zoom???
APFCU app. is EXCELLENT! It's so convenient and effective, I wouldn't have my 24hr. banking done any other way! IT'S PERFECT for me...!
It is very convenient and it shows posts activity to my account whenever I use my debit card. I rank it 4 of 5 stars because the alerts takes awhile to get texted.
Ok, but frequently doesn't recognize photos of a check when making a deposit. Also, can't make principal only payments.
This app is totally useless for me. I have to wait 7 business days to access my online banking/credit. I've waited and still i have to wait for more. I'm closing all my account on this bank
It was easy to set up! Thanks to Amber and Ricky at the call center. Both were very friendly and helpful!
So easy and so convenient for transfers. Now lets get with other banking institutions and offer an app to transfer funds from one institution to another institution to make payments instead of writing and mailing out checks and waiting for them to clear.
Not sure what happened with this app It used to work fine can't even log in now. This needs to be fixed.... This is horrible.
Very easy to use. I like that I see the detailed withdrawals & the transfer from one account bto the other is so easy!!
Easy to use and makes life easier, although only complaint is the initial time it takes for mobile deposit.

Very useful to minimize in-person visits during the pandemic. Edit: The camera "capture" function used to deposit checks is frustrating because more than 50% of the time, it misreads the amount to be deposited on the check face, even when the photo looks perfectly clear to me. It is wasting my time having to retake the photo. Please fix this! That would make this a better rating!
