I will chart my tasks all of a sudden stupid app closes and I lose everything I just charted. Very frustrating
The idea of the app is Great, but there are some issues with it as well. Im not sure if it depends on the type of cell you have....but it has not once let me log out at work. Im unable to save my tasks or end my visit because the copy right is right on top of the buttons. I have had to drive home and do my tasks and end the visits using someone elses cell. Also, it would be great to be able to save your hours that you have worked for the week and any messages you sent out on the app.
Do not really care for the screen swiping by itself when I try to enter the main screen. it will flip to a white screen with an arrow at the bottom. This really has no function to it and wastes time.
There's many different issues with this app. I've lost my hard earned money using this app.🤨
Not user friendly Unable to open at patients homes. Unable to navigate through has a lot of problems have to use the laptop at patients homes. Very frustrating app 😑
Lately it makes you sign in everytime you go to app where it was only making you sign in once a week or so. Don't like that change!
Will not let me save my task on my phone! Instead I have to go through the internet and login and then it will let me save....so bottom line is it doesn't allow me to use the app which I download to my phone I have a Samsung Galaxy A20..
App is slow and has been helping me lose money.... I honestly hate this app and I hate that my job won't go back to paper timesheets.
This is one of the most horrible apps I have ever come across I always have to uninstall and reinstall.
when I check my schedule on the calendar it has it always say I completed the tast but I only check the time I need to be there.

This is a app that I have a problem with on a regular
I HATE THIS APP. On several occasions, I will clock in, but Alora doesn't record the timestamp. I screenshot literally ALL timestamps to prove to the employer that I was present and working. If I'm trying to fill out a sheet on a client, if the screen gets flipped, Alora will erase everything I've typed in. I also have to hit the save button every time I document because the app cannot be trusted. If I navigate to another page and don't save it, Alora will delete my input. Worst app ever.
