Overall, I am happy with the performance of app now. To make it better here are the things that you can look into 1. Login should use finger scanner or a single pin code instead of 3 different things 2. Icons specific to orders, position etc take some time to get used to. Attach some texts also. 3. Whenever desktop is having a sign in issue because of high load etc, same gets replicated in app too. It should not have same problem, otherwise purpose is lost

App is not up the mark compare with other brokers like 1. BASIC FEATURE MISSING- When you try to square off 2 poistions, the P&L gets freeze means you can't see realtime P&L of your positions. Because of that many times one can close position in loss. 2. Wrong Information on Charts- If some instrument has open price equal to high price or low price, charts don't show that information correctly it will show some different prices which leads to wrong technical analysis. Best part-low brokerage

Overall Nice Trading app. its UI is quite simple to operate. It will be much better if it has basket order facility. Because normally in option trading, we have multiple legs. if traded separately then there is risk of more slippage. Rest everything is fine

Changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars. They are improving consistently by bringing new updates frequently, their customer service is always available via phone or email, cheapest brokerage in the market with their monthy trade plan. The app lags sometimes when there is heavy volatility in the market this needs to be addressed as soon as possible and remove the old security question and bring in a pin type login as login will be quick. Thankyou.

I along with my family members are using this app eversince it started.Over the period of time , lot of improvements have taken place.It is wonderful to work on his app with no problems that I have encountered. Though some times, it feels that it is a bit slow. I would like to have the stock lending facility ( SLBS) in the app, which others have. Overall a wonderful app, much better than what the so called leaders in the industry offer.And I am happy to say that this app has never let me down !

The trading app is slow. Interface for money adding and withdrawal is old and outdated. Data is not update realtime. Chart is old also other app use trading view chart. Even when I buy and sale something the total margin is not showing buying page. Other app show what margin i need for buy in cnc or in mis. But alpha app is a piece of 💩💩💩💩.

All are good. Except, app opens slowly. Auto refresh is not much active. Add things like, payment option separated from equity deposits, so could access the app all time, even night as zerodha.

Excellent app, but need to improve design, Easy and quick access of watchlist, also need to pin nifty every time, most of the futures can't to able to access with app (Ex. Statement, cash withdrawal etc)

Good platform and stable app now I have following suggestions. 1) please add GTC/GTT order also in your platform where busy person can trade without having to look at price everyday. 2)please add option to withdrawa money from app only instead of back office login. 3) kindly collaborate with third party income tax filing sites and make your format available with them for easy filling of income tax currently it is very hard and needs manual calculation for filing income tax.

Date: 10 March.... No resolution available with tech support. Date: 24 Feb Updated n latest version as on date yet has major hang ups.... Ltp does not reflect properly in positions tab. Get it sorted, guys... Its a no brainer. This app is an absolute disaster. Major login issues, get kicked out very often. Positions take time to update, stop losses get rejected due to facility unavailable. If a trade gets executed, app freezes momentarily. Backend server unavailable.... The list goes on n on.

I am having a/c with SAS more than 10 years and trading Currency and NSE F&O frequently..no issues at all. Their trading & technical support is very good and no delay. Pay in/payout is hassle-free,i don't face any issue in last 10 years. Nest platform is good for me. Alpha need some improvements. Option trading margin block is still need improvements while hedging position creating.

Suddenly all values appearing zero....I have yo login multiple times to refresh and see the actual values....please correct this and make our trading experience simple and easy

Dear team the app is good, plz make more usefull, in the chart section, (live, weekly, monthly) , in Live section very less space is visible, plz expand the space, next is no need weekly plz make is daily. Hope u got my points

Not recommended, prices update like crazy if ur app is in background and go back to this app after some time, not transparent with their charges, uninstalled and planning to close account

App is good. I only have 2 problems, 1 - need basket order 2 - in positions, strike of traded options look messy (no space, no punctuation) whivh makes it difficult to interpret exactly which expiry strike is traded. (it should me same as seen in watchlist)

I really appriciate for your online support. Its very much helpful when i faced issue about chart in alpha web app. Your online team had called me so many times to solve issue. I impressed for it. Mobile app also very good Brokerage also very low against other discount broker.

Overall Nice application. Sometimes I am not able to login due to server congestion & not able to see my portfolio shares. Overall Good Experience.

the latest update had solved most of the issues. the only problem i use face was on the expiry day.app did not able to take orders faster and sometime lags

SAS Online were able to meet my expectations. They have good terminals and customer support as well. A customer for almost 3 years and they improved a lot

App provides premium trading experience and UI and flow charts are very easy to understand also for beginners..

Worst broking app for trading. There is a lot of speed lagging and price don't update frequently. Very bad user interface. Log off during spike and many other challenges. If you really want to match your competition, then work on your app which should have great and easy to use user interface, light fastening speed, great user experience. See their reply. It is completely lie. I am one of client and i knew few more people who are suffering in SAS Online. All of us are facing technical glitch.

Simple to use and more than anything else intuitive. Initially I was mostly the laptop and web user but my switch to the App was very smooth, as if I was using it all along. Already mentioned it to my friend circle of trading community.

Overall, I am happy with sas trading app. Highly recommendable to all traders. Keep it up... Try to improve load management problem sometime....

Great products and amazing support. Their customer care team is almost always available via email instantly. I've been using the app and Nest platforms for last 2 months and it's great so far, I'm not a big fan of the app but it serves the purpose to handle positions when I'm away from the Nest Platform. Biggest advantage is the zero brokerage through unlimited plan and the speed on Nest platform. Keep up the great work team.

App is fast for options and future trading, I am very much satisfy from this app, But after 3 PM sometime app hang and for smooth run of app you need to clear Cache memory again and again for this app so that will annoying so much for a trader due to frequent Log-out,Log-in phenomenon. Please work on it for a Client benefits point of View.

Its good app and compare to other trading app its cheaper and UI also good now days , actually one thing requied desktop app Required Margin Amount appear , that will help to place the order

I have been using SAS services for more than 5 years now and I must say it is the most reliable trading brokerage one can hope for. First, multiple accesses - Next trader, mobile app or call and trade. So even if your internet goes down or electricity fails, you can call and execute orders. The call centre wait time is almost nil, almost always. Second, speed of execution. You can put in order at 3:29 and it will go through. Third, brokerage is so less! -Abhijit (AJ161)
