It is annoying when I get often validation error or some other error messages and I have to reinstall the application. I am not even logged in. What to validate? Also, having another application for security that generates a code, one too ma y applications . For me, now it has fingerprint authentification and it helps.
- No fingerprint authentication. - Bugs and issues during login process. - Inside app you need to navigate a lot to find what you need. - Someone from IT, or who is in charge with the updates/maintenance of this application should look into the competitors app (e.g. ING, one app for everything you need). - Also if you reset/update the phone the token (Alpha safe access 2.0) will not be recognized by Alpha Online bank. To unblock this you need to go to an office or to stay a lot in call center..
Dismiss the person who made this app. No fingerprint authentication, no user friendly interface, saved accounts for regular transfers are somehow lost and you cannot find them anymore. Is it so hard to see what the competition is doing? Alpha is a nice bank but this app should really and quickly be improved. It is a disgrace. Really, the person who approved this app for distribution should be fired. The IT did as requested, but the person behind the budget for this app should leave the company.
I use this application. They deduct high value payment commissions high value payment commissions. But did not work quickly. They charge for quick payments but they don't work fast. Seriously I don’t like this type of net banking. I’m looking at my money in the air because I don’t have and the payer doesn’t have.
Worst possible app for banking It blocks many many times for which most of the times you have to unistall and install it again and also link it again with safe access and so on. Why cant there be accessed directly with passwort and no token? (Similar to ING Home Banking) Also very very unintuitive app. If I will leave Aplha this will.be one of the most contributing factors :(
Activated the account(the login worked once on PC browser), after that it always tells me that the credentials are invalid. So besides the app being annoying and hard to work with your overall login system is not existent. Do I really have to call the 0800 number every time so they can activate/unblock my credentials to log into my account ?
It lacks several important accesibility options: 1. Login with fingerprint directly in bank app 2. Switching from bank app to token one with redirect, because now is done manually and sometimes you loose authentication context and you need to start all over 3. Resolve the bugs and issues that sometimes appear during login process, like loading loop 4. Inside app I would expect if I click on account to see right below latest transactions,instead of navigating to find.Please inspire from top banks
Really? I also need the OTP number now? What's the use of a mobile banking app if I also need the token? Not only that, but if I opt to Omit OTP, it says validation error and that's that. I want to use the app again when I got to the token. It still says validation error. No refresh, no nothing. The only fix is restart the phone. Really? LE: Nope, the restart is not a fix... Client not happy.
Worst banking app. I need to log in every time I open it. Everywhere I click, I need to wait for the app to refresh. It's more an website than an app, with very very limited features which makes it unusable.
Very weak app, it just went offline for a day, now it's full of error messages. Please consider contracting programmers who can create a better and stable app, not one that is rated <2 on playstore.
The app works really bad, not user frendy. I cannot see the transactions that i have made. The most bad bank application that i have ever seen. Please do something with it because it is a pitty.
Awful, very glitchy. I would rate zero but Google is kind enough to give you one star. It keeps crashing and needs to be unninstalled and installed back. Just make it work guys....
Extremely poor application full of crashes and bugs, very old infrastructure and 0 updates to new standards, disappointing.
Something is wrong with the app. It doesnt recognize the safe acces code when I tried to send some money and it keeps saying Invalid code.

This app is the worst. I CANT LOGIN IN MY ACCOUNT. I resofted mt phone and now the app doesnt recognise the alpha access 2.0. The worst app ever. I will leave this bank because off your stupid app.
De la ultimul update ( fresh design), l-ati refreshuit de tot, deoarece ecranul de pornire se tot reincarca fara sa apara nimic! Loading, loading, loading, loading........aplicatie de online banking- welcome to romania, to use this app , you will have to leave this bank and move to better one!
It's the 3rd time it doesn't recognize my registered device and it giving me login error. So i have to re install...re open..re re re...over and over and i quit...
Alpha Online (not only the App) are useless because personal account is periodically blocked, without any reason or information.
I cannot access it anymore. After I login, a blank screen, then nothing. Fix it, please,

Instead of giving money to the developing team, buy the app from raiffeisen, ing, bcr or others and rename it. It will be cheaper and you will have satisfied customers. I am sorry that i can't give you less than 1 star.

The worst bank I had to deal with it , you can't pay at the cashier by card !!! 😂😂 gigantic fees and nothing in return just the indifference of the staff!!! It's a joke this Bank ,strongly not recommend even if it's the last bank on the planet!!!

Would've given 0 stars if possible. No fingerprint authentication - absolutely unacceptable these days! App needs UI/UX overhaul. Three (3!) different apps to do what other banks have in one app: bank statements, double-factor authentication.
