Great app but it had issues. Got to week 12 and the routine for 12, 13, and 14 would not load so I continued doing week 13. When I went to reset my goals for the 14 week program, I plugged in all my info and the app hung for 30 mins and never downloaded my new workout program. I removed the app and just reinstalled it. Going to see what happens this time.

I really enjoyed the workouts this app provided. I was in pretty good shape before I started using this app and I thought I was going to breeze through it, like almost every other workout. Man was I wrong, every workout was a break off. Really love this app, but after my final week 4 workout ended, the app is stuck in freeze mode. Cannot upgrade to next level. Would definitely rate 5 stars if I could get past this point. Please fix

After the initial 4 weeks the app locked up. I would gladly pay a one time fee for the app, but $10 a month. There is nothing stated anywhere that this is the case after 4 weeks. I'm disappointed that I must now adjust to a new program on another app!

This app gets you in shape; The workouts are efficient and the guy knows what he's doing. Everything is sectioned off for you and organized according to fitness goal--no nonsense. The full version can be obtained by doing easy surveys lol

I paid for the elite and after a few months I had to discontinue and I thought I had downloaded all the workouts but now I finally had time to finish the workouts and now it's saying I have to pay again so I can finish the 10th week and the last 3 weeks of the program so to me it's kinda rip-off I won't order it again

I owe this app so much credit it gave me scheduled routine and what exercises to do and how long to rest between reps. I would recommend to anyone who wants to lift but isn't sure what to do routine and exercise wise. Or even someone who is more advanced !

Really enjoying this workout plan. I like that you can vary it based on your needs. Only thing that bothers me is that exercises switch right away. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to switch between bench press and calf raises, so a "3, 2, 1" or something would be nice.
