My family and I are using this app for years, really it's amazing and for sure the best in the market. Thanks for the heroes behind this

The app is becoming more bloated with "elder care" features, that I don't need. I've been using the app for 3 years, but will be looking for a different app now, that is simple to use, and not filled with unneeded features that can't be turned off (and drains battery), like the activity tracker.

This app is a disappointment, the last few updates have severely destroyed the functionality and reliability of this app. I can't even have it enabled on my mom's iphone anymore since it drains over 60 percent of her battery. It never did that back when we first had it, but now the app destroys her phone. It's completely absurd and I will once again have to search for another alternative. Truly disappointing.

Absolutely horrible app. Didn't work at all. Had difficulty updating and said my family member was home when they were obviously not. Customer service was no help at all - emails were in Spanish when all communication was in English. When attempted communication was English, it was poor at best. Don't waste your time with this app as it causes more frustration then it's worth.

Can do with a LOT of improvements, such as a legend to turn ON state boundaries, needed details (such as name of the located business/home, scale in miles on map. etc), turn OFF mood question that follows, other unnecessary details as one desires. It does have a Help Me feature, great 4 emergencies. Ability to 'x' out huge popup for details on map page? How does one delete huge history, or anything else for that matter? NO settings to speak of

I lost my Safe365, I was able to retrieve it and got this new version of it. I DO NOT like it at all. The whole appearance and structure of it has changed, not in a good way. The calling because you haven't called all week, take more steps to stay healthy. Really, the whole purpose was to keep and eye on our loved ones. This is totally not that. You guys really need to go back to the old version, but I guess I can go to another app. Very disappointed.

It's very accurate except not the apt number. Most importantly when my daughter was in class at school the app turned off, not ok at all. The app said I'll be informed when it's corrected. The app had no reception for about an hour for that reason I'll give them a 3 overall it's pretty accurate.

It's a good and accurate app that serves its purpose when used properly. The one thing I don't like is not being able to have a full size map on my screen rather than the map being on the top half only. I may be overlooking a setting however.

Easy to download and use. All my family have great up-to-date accounts of our positions. Excellent options for messaging each other. Only a slight downside, it asks if your ok a few times a day if your not using it but it's a good safety feature to keep family aware. Definitely reccomend this for your kids.

Used to be great. But the recent update makes protector and protege to be same and cannot be set individually. Doesn't make sense for protectors to be tracked by protégés. Might as well remove the protector and protege option. It's a useless app and doesn't make any sense. Using back fameelee.

Just updated app, really did not work: Just updated the app. There are things I like about it, but there are things that upon first look, there are problems : 1) the color of the app changed to purple, it was much sharper and easier to spot. 2) I have my wife displayed and I cannot see my information that I've set up, also all the past information. Medicine reminder, etc. Were lost. 3) we wear the Xiaomi Band. It will be really good that the two applications can be merged so that the Xiaomi info

While there is an emergency botton, in an actual emergency it could be an inconvenience to open the app in order to send an s.o.s. It would be more practical, if possible, to add a command to save time (i.e. like pressing one of the bottons of the device).
