Worst app. Tried to transfer to third party, did 3 times straight all unsuccesful because time expired. Complaints thru call many times to improve but nothing done or bo improvement. The delay is because the "loading pls wait" window takes too long time. Therefore increase the time from 30sec (i was told) to 1min. The previous apps better.

Can you please make your apps run smoothly and faster, the rest is good, it's just takes long time to reloading and recently your apps had a lot of problem, please improve,thank you.

Dear alrajhi. Why does your app says my phone is rooted when it is not? I'm using Galaxy Note 9 without any modifications to the software and updated to the latest Android version and security patches that the phone has. Please fix this.

Difficulty to log in. Correct username been entered for more than 50 times (up to 100 times) but still incorrect secure word been display. Wasting my time. Not sure what is the problem & now uninstall the apps

Having difficulty transferring to other accounts. The from slot won't respond Update : Have reinstalled the app. The From slot still won't work

Apps not so friendly. Having difficulty to transfer money to other accounts. Just can see the account balance.

Bad app. Slow. Inconvenience. Everything can't do with this latest update. We use app to speed up and easy.

I've just updated this apps a few hours ago. Now it goes haywire during login. Giving me funny words prior to entering password it was ok with the old version. Seriously. Please do better.😊 Tq Will rate you again once ok.

Not receiving tac and cannot transfer fund, cannot get approval to this apps!!.. tried more than 10times still never received . Failed apps. Now my money stuck inside Alrajhi account !!!

saying that need to update, but its take forever to download.reinstall but still facing the same problem.dont promote something that can't be use.i try to enter thru google, saying can't sent tac to my register phone number.then how I'm going to do the transfer?

I don't see where your transaction are list on savings. Do give them higher mark for security than most. Like to see were money went though line by line.

I use this bank scene it open in Malaysia i guess around 2008, its easy withdraw atm machine entrance Masjidil Haram but abit further for Madinah munawarah atm machines,and it was nearby to my house but now alot atm closed down, maybe about after 8 million loss who hacked arrajhi atm Machines, may Allah swt make you guys achieve again in Malaysia, a 12year customer these in 2021 my first use app AlRahji and the only one my primary bank account i had, because the only truly bank without riba

For 2 days can't press "From" to transact. Can't change user ID. Please, please revamp the whole app

Useless Apps. Apart from viewing account balance, the rest is a joke. The loading seems forever and couldnt get through

Now this apps i cannot login keep on saying my password wrong. I use the same password to log in in web base al rajhibank, ok i can login. Please fix it
