Recently, as a general manager, I cant view or edit managers' time punches. Is Says I don't have authorization. I do have authorization on the website, so It's not a permission problem. I checked with other general managers, and they are having the same issue.
The first time I downloaded the app it worked perfectly fine when I went to sign back into it again it changed from the clock to the schedule app and that's what I get every time I download the clock app I actually get the schedules app and I have have contacted them about it and they have not gotten back to me about how to fix the problem so I cannot use the clock app at all on my phone
Altametrics in general used to be helpful, now I see that it kinda ran its course and decided to be forgotten because the problems everyone else mentioned so long ago arent fixed. Even Im getting annoyed about the fact that in order to view it you have to uninstall-reinstall the app to view an entire weeks schedule. Good app gone bad, not even worth the hassle.
Worked the first time i logged in and set up account. Now i cant even open the app and type my password in without it crashing. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it as well as restarting my phone AND password to the app. Cant access anything related to my job anymore because of this.
I downloaded the app today. After finally getting into the app I was able to do some stuff and that was fine. Closed the app and went about my day. I've tried to re-open the app and every single time now it shuts down my phone. This app is the only way to request off at my work - so this is messed up.
Everytime I log into the app it says an error has occurred and try to re login. Every time I either uninstall and reinstall or long back in it still says an error has occurred and I can't see my schedule at all.
Its a good app for schedueling but does not open. In order for me to open the app to check my scheduel i have to delete and reinstall app every time i need to open it and fet activation code and set up and its annoying. Please fix.
Simple & Superb app for monitoring my hours! Only request would be, now that my workplace rolled out an "in-store" base rate of pay, and an "on the road" rate of pay... My daily hours are no longer simple single day summaries, but displays every in/out in/out in/out as I make deliveries throughout the day... Each and every day of each period... Perhaps a "grouping" option, to place all these "in/out" clockings under the day they occur with hourly summary? Allowing a simplified view again
Constantly getting a log in error. This is such a great concept but with the consistency of the log in error makes it almost pointless to even use.
Its been a great help in corporate sector for performance monitoring of employees. For me it is working smothly, no login errors and UI design is easy to use by employees.
It worked fine at first. But after awhile it started showing the Altametric schedule. Reinstalled it but still only shows the schedules.
Same issues as before, won't relogin after you clear apps and try to, have to reinstall each time, tip credit still not accurate!
Bug Fixes and UI Enhancements are perfect. The amazing app has proven to be helping hand to worker and manager throughout the day and save you from violation of labor laws.
Have the app, but it does not allow me access to management functions. Only to see my own time punches.
I like this app a lot, it's accurate and easy to use. I recommend this app to everyone who needs an efficient time track app.
It works like a charm. Love this app. I can see labor on who is violating policies with breaks and other things.
It was great until a couple months ago. I can not update or see my mangers punches.
It does not show the clock it's the same as the schedule app so can't even use it to clock in and out
It says that I'm not authorized to use application, but I've been using this app for a while and all of sudden today, I cant!..please fix!!!!

No clock info available whatsoever. It shows schedules. Please fix this app.
Altametrics clock offers real-time monitoring and is a wonderful app that allows quick and accurate performance evaluation of the employees.
Gives me my actual hours and schedule so it's better for me 2 keep up with loving this app

As with other users, I must uninstall the app, reinstall and re-validate for a single use. Not exactly convenient, IMHO.
Providing real time tracking, altametrics clock is a fantastic app which enables performance appraisal of the employees in efficient and effective manner
I have to Uninstall to get it to open. I put my Password in and it goes back to my home screen.
Constantly giving error, something wrong asking to re log in and giving same error afterwards.
Great until recently. Until about a month ago the app worked well, I was able to do what I needed to do with the app. Now as a supervisor I cannot edit or even view my managers and floor supervisors. I have access on our website but the app doesn't want to allow access now. I have contacted support and submitted feedback about 3 weeks ago now and I still have not gotten a response. Wanted to avoid a bad review and give them a chance to help fix 1st.
