After update can not login says something went wrong with the app and can not contact them and tried to uninstall amd reinstall and to no avail

If i could rate it zero stars i would. Everytime i need to see my schedule i have to uninstall and then reinstall the app. I tried messaging someone about the issue and was told, "It's not messed up on my end i need proof." I told them exactly what was going on where it just acts like is loading but never loads and nothing was done to help fix the issue.

Recently had some issues after the update, however it was like it bounced back and now is back to working wonderfully I rely on this app a lot as I am a manager in training and my schedule changes every day. I highly recommend to any job management to use this app for their crew, if I could give one thing to help make this app completely 100% I would say keep the past amount of time worked instead of it disappearing after one week. I highly recommend.

Best work schedule app out there!

used to be simple & easy but now every time I login, it keeps telling me "This email ID has been configured for more than one user account. Please contact your support desk to resolve this issue." Tried contacting customer service thru email & phone. No help at all. They just told me to contact my store manager & they'll let the developer team know but nothing EVER got fixed. Please fix this!! Thank you!!!!!!

The app used to be a solid 4 Stars at least. Since the latest update I can no longer see just my schedule. I have to search day by day to see what I work. Our company doesn't use the services beyond that. With that said, convenient access to my schedule was my only reason for keeping the app. If it is not made an option again in the near future, I will be uninstalling.

Honestly one of the worst apps I have ever used. It used to be very convenient and easy to see my schedule but now it's extremely convoluted and annoying to login. Absolutely awful security measures and UI. This app is a joke.

The ChitChat/Notifications tab doesn't even work. I'd like to see all my coworkers but it just tells me something went wrong while loading it and to relogin and try again. I've done this several times to no avail. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work. Please fix this.

App is completely unusable now. After log in it just loads and reloads and does nothing. Tried uninstalling and does nothing. Messaged support about this problem and their reply was "Thanks for downloading, if you have issues let us know" Terribles tech support.

I used to be able to see my time punches which was super nice since I could see how much I was working/earning and now the option isn't even there in the menu or when it is there, it glitches and says there's an error. Very cool app.

I just signed up and got on to the app and it continually wouldn't load the schedule. So I reinstalled the app and now it won't send my email the code. I tried to send a help message and it wouldn't send and I tried looking on the website for help,but found nothing there. The app sounds like an amazing idea, but I wish it would work.

Being forced to use this app for work. Worked for 2 weeks, now it tells me I'm not authorized to access the system. No one at work has any idea how to fix it. Won't let me put in a support ticket, gives me an error code and tells me to contact help. Ironic that when I'm trying to contact help, it tells me I something went wrong and to contact help. Im really tired of not being able to check my schedule, and being told I can't put in requests for days unless it's through the app.

Im having the same issue others have already stated. I can log in once and if I want to get back in past a splash screen with a circular loading/reload arrow, I have to delete and completely uninstall the app and reinstall it. It does not allow me to actually launch it and look at my schedule if i close the app folloing my inital login after installation. Quite frustrating...

Worst app ever it never let's me log in it's always saying something went wrong please relogin again. I already changed my password like 10 times to see if it would work and it still doesn't. I dont recommend this app it never seems to work on phone. I cant even log in this app is useless just taking up space on my phone . I can't even contact online support through my phone.

Every now and then I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, get the activation code and then wait for however long for an email to tell me i can register again. This is the most useless app in the world. It's right up there with Workday that makes you change your login information about every 5 times I use the thing. If companies are going to go with technology instead of the tried and true paperwork, at least make it functional and convenient. I'm forced to use these things.

I have to use this app due to my employer. I have no control over how they use the backend features, however I am constantly lambasted with ads for other altemetrics apps that do not function with the way my employer set things up. I am being advertised to for products I have no use for, and have no control over my employers use of altemetrics products. This means looking up my schedule is postponed for several additional seconds for ads almost every time I open the app. Absolutely frustrating

The app is pretty good, it works for its purpose and I haven't had any problems with it. There is also a lot of room for improvement, however. For instance, it would be nice if the app could sync the schedule to other apps, such as the calendar app. It would benefit from some QoL changes, but overall it's good

This app is an absolute joke. Half my staff (including me) can't log in because it just closes out once we enter passwords, one of my crews requested days disappeared before I could approve them, me and another crew get TONS UPON TONS of ghost notifications for swapped shifts/requests ect that don't show up when we finally get the app open. If I had the option to have my old school paper posted schedule I would because this system is causing more issues than it helps. Companies- don't use this.

I've just started a new job and being a minor, going to school and working I have to have my schedule ready. This app isnt working. It continously loads. One time I left it loading for 4 hours and it still didnt stop. My employer has contacted them multiple times, they never seem to fix the issue. Several others at my work have the same issue. Until this is fixed I'm leaving 1 star. I would give 0 if I could.

This app is great for requesting days off and changing availability. However, when you are trying to give up a shift I wish everyone could see it, not just a few people. I wish it would have notifications when something is posted and that you could message and communicate with other employees on it.

I use it for my job, but it lets me in some days and most of the time it doesn't. I have to delete it and download again to see if it will work! It also keeps crashing horribly! CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE BUGS OR ISSUES WITH IT!

Attractive, simple design, and it also has some nice customization options. Everything I need from a schedule is there with the bonus of being able to manage my time easily.

Altametrics Schedules is the best! Efficient, simple and looks aesthetic too, the fonts are also cute, the color palette used is aesthetically pleasing, the ability to design your schedule with different periods of time is an amazing feature!

All the other apps I tried were okay but not really what I wanted. Altametrics Schedules fits my needs perfectly. It allows me to have a regular routine recorded without cluttering up my calendar app.

Y'all gotta fix this app, it works some of the time and sometimes It doesn't. I can go a week without problems then all the sudden it won't open I have to uninstall and reinstall and do it all over again.

It's great to be able to see your schedule and to swap shifts and more! But I have to use this for work by my employer and I have to uninstaling it to actually work when I go back into it after I exit it out. It's frustrating plz fix this!

Please for the love of God make it easy to switch stores!! Its such a simple thing I need to do. I accidentally tapped the wrong store and now I can't switch. Why is there no option to switch stores?!?! What if i start working somewhere else? I even looked in the FAQ and doesnt help.I looked everywhere in settings, profile,and every other category on that app. My manager is notorious for changing schedules last minute and its VERY important that I see an updated version of my schedule!!! UGH!!!

I have been searching for an app like this for awhile, and I'm glad to have eventually found and settled on this one. Altametrics Schedules are incredibly easy to learn and use, also the graphic are really nice and clean.

I have to use this for my work and after I do the initial log it I can't get it, it just keeps loading and loading. In order for it to work I have to uninstall, reinstall it, and go through the initail log in with a code. Those that I work with have the same issue. Please fix right away.

I'm getting pretty flustered. I don't have access to the management functions. When ever I fill out the contact us form they keep sending an email saying that functions dont exist. They are literally in the in the description of the app. "Features for managers". Everything else works alright. It would be nice to be able to see my employees time off request and the schedule for the store. Every other manager in my area has them just not me 😂
