Ready and convenient. So far it's been a very safe app.

App used to work as expected. Now I cant log in, nor use any other options through this app. Just keeps crashing. I've deleted it and reinstalled it about 30x over the period of 6 months. Still not able to use it.

It's ok. Can't seam to change my password. It keeps telling me I can't use my acct. or ss #. That is not what I am typing in.

It's a huge convenience! Helps me out a lit.

It works really well. But since I've switched phones it likes to randomly open up when I'm in different apps which gets really annoying

It is functional. You don't have the ability to do anything without first calling a representative and getting onto a desktop and even than, good luck.

For banking needs it's easy to use. Able to transfer money between accounts, see statements and set up bill pay without leaving home.

Easy enough to use. Only issue is the lack of online chatting with a banking professional. This day and age it is so hard for some people to get out. Add that and I add the other star.

For the last 3 days, I've received a message about being temporarily out of service and instructed to restart my device. this message has appeared on multiple devices.

this app has always worked wonderfully for me, but since the update on Samsung, it still doesn't work and it has been over a month. hopefully itll be fixed soon

*** Update 3/19 *** Just updated to the newest version of the app and I'm happy to say all is working well again. changed to 5 start rating *** Original Review *** Has been a great app to use thus far, but after my S9+ updated to Android Pie this app is no longer working. Will update review once the issue is resolved

this app no longer works after my Samsung S9+ recent upgrade. says service temporarily unavailable but never loads back up after uninstall and reinstall.

New customers to Altana. Everyone is SO friendly and helpful!!!! They put our minds at ease and offered to help in the bank changing process! Very excited for our banking future!

Like most others, loved it until the Samsung update. As I do most of my banking through this app, I really hope it's fixed quickly.

Super user friendly. I am not very tch savvy and I can essily navigate the app.

Crashes alot. Won't open for weeks amd then all of a sudden will work again.

I use it almost everyday. Love I can check my balances and I can transfer money. I love this app.

it used to work great but now that my Android updated I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to use the app

its a good app, but i went about 3 months where it didnt even woek on my phone. hopefullu its fixed now

great app for Altana members but only 4 stars for now because the app is no longer compatible with Android 9 OS

I have banked online with many banks. Altana is by far the worst. Even worse than Wells Fargo, who I will never use again. I feel like their online banking is from the 1990s. I cant do anything with it, can't make payments from outside their bank without an act of congress and I can't even see any of my own account info.

Easy to navigate and has all the right features.

will not work on my Samsung galaxy s9...still having issues sometimes while signing in...
