Altec Bluetooth Earphones

Waste of money. They shut off if there's no sound coming out of them and you can't re-pair them unless you have the case with you. There's no active button on them to re-pair them or even turn them back on unless they're put back in the case. Who wants to carry a case around with them while jogging? Oh and don't think you're going to be able to make a phone call on them because whomever you're calling won't be able to hear you. The call quality is horrific. I returned mine.

There needs to be more on the nanopods there's not enough information on them it's pretty basic but, there's one feature I wish they did have a find my device option. Because I've misplaced mine and I cannot find .

I have had significant high quality sound, duribility and performance from my NanoPods.. Finally.... A great product, great Company... Thankyou!

Garbage app doesn't even work. Waste of time.

Seriously? I can really only blame myself, I should have read the reviews. No matter what I try, I cannot get the right ear piece to sync. The app itself has a garbage minimalist interface. There's close to no trouble shooting. The customer support is atrocious. Not only will I be returning this product, and never buying another one, but I will not be recommending this or any product to any of the costumers that I interact with at work. My biggest regret is that I can't rate this lower than 1 star. Garbage.

I almost did what some others did and returned them. Altec was not nice in leaving out instruction on how to sync the devices to each other after pairing the left one to the app and device. Now it's great! Glad I didn't return them.

My right paired,unlike everyone else's. But when the find me button was pushed the left was barely audible. It said GPS tracking! What happened to that! That was my main buying point. This price is way over rated when my voyager Plantronics was water resistant, 7 hr, battery,& told you so...,could answer,hang up, and even call without even touching my phone. But most of all $50 cheaper. The only real positive that I can say is the music's sound is incredible

This is not about the app. The app sucks!! THANKS to @AlveroHernandez. My earbuds stopped pairing to each other. Bummer, right. Well, I did not give up. Watched the only YouTube video from altec Lansing on how to pair the Bluetooth to a device. Still, not pairing to each other. THANK YOU a hundred times over Alvero. How on earth did you figure out the "hold the (-) minus button until it shuts off" ??? Genius. This comment alone, is why I'm using my earbuds right now, as I type this, to listen to my metal music, in stereo, wirelessly, without interruption.

Terrible App, but forget about that thanks to Álvaro Hernández, I had the same problems with my R earphone, I follow the instructions that he left in the box comment and it's work again. Gracias compadre saludos desde México

For the money spent, I am super disappointed, will be taking these back for refund! Don't put on market if there's multiple flaws!!!

I'll give everyone instructions on how to sync both headphones! :) 1.Turn on the left earset, press and hold the minus button until it turns off. 2.Turn the right earset on, press the minus button until it turns off. 3.Turn on your bluetooth on your device, press and hold the power button on your left earset until it starts blinking red and blue, after that pair it to your device. 4. Turn on your right earset and let it blink blue until it syncs to your left earset.(should only take a minute). :) that's it.

It's not a plugin and the app will be recognized easily.
