Great app, a bit slow, though you now can pay to speed it up. Excellent results. Very similar to Prisma but with the added capability of incorporating your own artwork into the list of built-in filters. Beware of very negative reviews; Alter used to be terrible but it's quite good now. It was released prematurely and thus got a bad reputation. Try it; you'll love it.
It was by far the best app I found for style transfer, but now it just says "transofmation failed" every single time. I was a beta tester, so I tried to get out of the beta test program but it had the same problem. I'm gonna check on this once in a while, but right now it just doesn't work.
With the feature to add your own style this app possibly become the best candidates for neural network image generator, but in my device the process never succeed, using in app styles nor my own style. Looking forward for the solution for this problem, even thought it always fail i am still hoping.
It appears the creators gave up on this app. It went connect. I used to love this app, even though it was slow. But now it won't even connect no matter where I am or what I try. Going to remember the designer because honestly, it's not worth signing up for an app if they do not continue with it. Will never use an app from them again.
I hate to drop my rating on this app but they just can't seem to keep it working for more than a week.
This app doesn't even open. It just says connection error. Can't rate a app that doesn't open so I would say it's a time waster
Offers assistance in DIY art style. But fails to launch on first try when you open app, low resolution compared to Prisma, and you can't remove watermark. Laggy.
This is an amazing app. Unlike "similar" apps like Prisma, this one lets you create your own styles. Granted, it takes a bit of trial-and-error to achieve good results, but it's a fun process, and the results can be mind-blowing. Highly recommended! :)
"Style transfer" apps are cool, but unlike the others this one allows you to add new styles based on your own images, setting it above and beyond the others. Request: provide ability to remove the watermark, extract full resolution images and apply to videos... pretty please. Update: I just saw and tried the new "pro" version, but pricing is too high..
After I get the piece that I am planning to the point of "What if " stage, I use the app to add some more personality. Thanks for the attitudes and flare!

Carbon Copy Of Prisma. Nothing New.. Not Working Without Internet. Hated it.

Great fun! Love that one can add other styles to the mix. Also handy when fishing for creative projects to paint/draw etc
If alter doesn't get your creative juices flowing then you probably haven't downloaded it yet.. get it and make some awesome s**t

This app progress is amazing. I follow Alter from beta and can testify for that: stability, usability, unique features like customs user filters or effect magnitude management, crowd-sources ideas implementation, recent fast processing option - all that make me love this app. Can't wait to see your next moves!
The highlight of this app is the custom styles that you can upload and apply to your images. The quality is great, with output resolution of 1000x1000 pixels. It also applies the effects more accurately compared to prisma, with a fair tradeoff being it takes a bit longer to process the image.
