Alternatives Mobile Access

One bug really ruins the experience- the feature where it logs you out when it's not being used actively is far too aggressive. It triggers when you're trying to use autofill on text boxes, it triggers if you're replying to a notification, it even triggers on some of the dialogs that the app itself pops up! In some cases this will lead to login loops, in which the app becomes completely unusable, and the only way out is to uninstall and reinstall. Please fix!

It's fine mostly. Mobile deposits are nightmarishly frustrating. It will take a picture and be stuck, forcing me to back out, or it just won't take the picture for about 30 seconds to over a minute of attempts. I wish I had easy access to my account number on there somehow. Guessing it's a security issue.

Overall reliable and simple app. One negative comment is that you can't deposit checks over a certain limit, but it doesn't tell you this before you imput the check, so you end up signing "for deposit only" on the check and then are unable to cash it elsewhere.

When entering password it does not encrypt the entries quickly enough. The entire password is visible before turning into a dot. Concerned with shoulder surfers.

It was fine for about two years... Then would not recognize my fingerprint, and locked me out. Now I am not able to log in at all. Too bad cause it was working perfectly for me.

This is a bank I am privileged to say I love. The Alternatives Mobile App is highly usable, intuitive and accessible. It's fucused on the user needs and is very well designed.

I love this app! I have found myself using it to keep up with financial crisis. I had forgotten my business card and had to use my personal account and thanks to the app i was able to move money around to take care of my purchase.

Great to keep an eye on my bank account I decided drop the stars because I realized something happened to my account so I called them to see about fixing the issue but instead they didn't want to help me so now I don't want to use this bank because my account is negative and it's not my fault.

amazing very excellent improvement. more flexiable and more ease. should put a 10 to 15 second timer for logout for secrurity purposes

I love being able to deposit my checks online. Works great for that! Don't really know about anything else it does, but five stars for mobile check deposit.

Re check deposit, might be the lameness of my Samsung Android camera but it never can read the data from the check and fails consistently. Worthless.

One of the better bank apps ive used. A little wierd to set up but im not complaining. Wish i could change account information from the app

Quick transfer of money between linked accounts. Paying Bill's and checking balances is quick and easy

Nice app, mobile check deposit is awesome. Not sure why the app doesn't require the additional security questions normally required for logins

The app is working great with no issue, very quickly to open and log in! Love it!

Overall good clean simple could use a few more things but for what I needed for it s just fine checking my balance and stuff
