The previous version was much better. Updated the new version and it was horrible. My past orders and history is gone. You have to go down the whole products listed because there is no result if you want to search for your favourite brands. Althea is a good platform to buy good skincare and makeup. It is sad that the current version of the apps is half decent.
Prefer the old version. I think it was easier to navigate and now search function is not working as it should, cannot search for brands at all. My purchase history and product reviews were also gone. Also it seems like there were a lot of items before not available in the new platform.
The new layout design is great unfortunately your search bar is not Functioning.!. I tried typing in product brands the outcome will show "no result". Its making browsing really difficult especially when one is trying to make a purchase. Please bring back the brand list A-Z to accommodate faster browsing alternative.
Ever since i updated, i can't sign in to my account saying it doesn't exist, register with the same email it says already taken. Then i registered a new acc with another email, inside its a mess! Many products previous reviews all gone, one review appear 2-3 times together, unable to see product details as it shows up blank! Press to see product but unable to go to the brand itself page unlike last time. Updating an app is to make an improvement & more convenient,but you did the opposite..
Very nicely packaged, good authentic product. However, recently during a promotion, no promo code was shown in the app, therefore when I was purchasing I didn't manage to insert it and I didn't get the promo!!! :((( It's very frustrating and I felt cheated... And the app started to be lagging every now and then... Please fix this ASAP...
It suddenly stop and difficulties in viewing my orders and log in. I tried the web version, at first I can view my account and later cannot access and it shows bad gateway. I try to search particular product, in web version it shows but in app it doesn't. They should show many pieces product available and if out of stock there should be a time frame when it will be available. I recently love this app but now I' m starting to get disappointed
Prefer the old version! Unable to log in and it shows no account detected with my email. When i re-register and they say the account is already existed. What happened to Althea? Even the price has gone up alot after the updates. Disappointed from your previous loyal customer. I used to purchase every month but now it turns up to be like this. Please fix.
recently reinstalled the althea app, I'm unable to login with the email address that I previously use for my orders, the new interface is simple and clean, though I can seem to search anything on the search bar, I would really appreciate if you can put back the alphabet order brand category. it will help online shoppers to browse more easily when they can see the list of brand. I hope my feedback can help you improve the app more. :) more powers to your developer and keep up the good work :)
App keeps crashing. I like the old one even better. Prices increased big time. I've been doing alot of transaction before the update but now I'm thinking of switching and finding other store to purchase my holy grails. Some of my favorite items are no longer available.
frustrating apps. frequently logged me out. confused about my order status cz no status shows, only order history. search button top left instead of top long bar or right where it should be. for repurchase, have to click in many steps to get your history buy price. in cart, no function of select and delete but have to cancel item one by one. angry when trying to apply coupon, you will be tired of many click before you able to check final bill amount.
I love althea before the prices where are good but What happend to this app?? when the interface change before like maybe 2 years ago it's difficult to navigate then before and now even when I'm login when I check out I have login again?? And I don't get the payment anymore is Paypal the only one accepted now? Before I can use My credit Cards to pay. I don't have. paypal so I can't buy in this app anymore. Just saying that the app makes you lose customers and now no other payment options too?
In the last 5 mins the app has crashed at least 6 times from me whether its to open a section (eg: cleansing) or to view a product. I preferred your old interface. It was much more user friendly and ran much smoother then. At this rate Hermo gives me less headache.
Worst shopping app of all time! I literally spent 2 hours just to finish checking out the cart! This app took forever to load! I ended up not buying anything at all! I encountered multiple errors while confirming purchases via credit card! Even Althea website was the same! Such a hassle :(
App won't open. The new format is not user-friendly. When you click on back from an item viewed, you go back to the main page --- such a waste of time when you have already scrolled quite far. Prices have increased!
The App and website itself is always unstable! I always can't log in with my phone now even with my laptop! Another issue is that the payment always failed because of the unstable app/network and because I used my coupon, I have to wait 24 hours for the coupon to rest to try to order again! I am a loyal buyer of Althea but everything about the app stability, reliability efficiency is just getting worse!
Like this app so much , things are cheaper and could get lots of help from the review section. But abit disappointed with the quantity selection ,as only allow to buy one unit of every products and app kept crashing.
Difficult to use the app - am trying to report a concern and it kept on sending on the very first line. And it really has a lot of lag times. This should be improved.
HORRIBLE. I successfully updated my account using my PC. But I can't still access it using phone. The damn app doesn't want me to login, says customer unidentified! What's happening in your system? The migration certainly didn't do any good!
A superb application to buy authentic korean cosmetics & skin care products. But this application could be improved because it is slow and unstable. Sometimes, I can't access to it if there are lots of people access it at the same time even though my line is strong. Overall is not bad.
I placed an order and I proceeded to check out. I had problems with my payment because they needed a code. So I gave my phone number and they won't accept it. It says I used it in my different account. 😑 So I used my dad's number. So everything is okay. And now, I want to cancel my order to add more items and wanted to apply the coupon 15% discount from Althea. And I can't cancel it. So it's fine. But what makes me more frustrated is, this app is not working properly and its wasting my time.
The new theme is kind of hard for me to adjust and discover more product. Although it may be useful as you've categories the products, but i find it's hard to familiarise with it. And is this apps is breaking down? I can't launch it since yesterday, please fix it. I really love Althea products and price
I loved the old layout (back in 2018-209). It was easier to navigate and the products were categorized better. Now I can't even look for eye palettes without having to scroll through CC Cream and blushers. I thought my app is outdated, but the Play Store doesn't say I need to update. As someone who's greatly pleased with your products and shipping, I hope that you can improve the user interface (UX?)
