Waiting long time for a call then the call disconnects. Have to try again and again then nothing. There is no complaint/contact form in the application to talk about this issue . I really regret that I payed the subscription.
They told me its free and u can cancel anytime through contacting us and when I did theg sent me long list of steps to cancel. what a scammer I hate these kind of apps , what a waste of time they dont even deserve a half star , Im uninstalling it immediately, plz dont bother downloading it
it's has a lot of problems and when i try the free trial there was no response from the doctors.. and even though the doc. reply he is just doing it quickly without real care about patient.. what a failed application
very important app to have, especially when you need to consult a doctor at a late hour. this breakthrough technology allows document sharing with doctor instantly as well making the consultation very efficient.
Didn't accept any way of payments, moreover there is no customer service support or guide you in case of any issues, however the app idea is very good but the way of managing the app is very poor
The program is useless , in my first try i sent my medical complaint , and i have waited more than 2 weeks , but no respond . I will never pay for such programs , may you do not replay free consults , but somehow it means you do not have clear policy. Succefully unstalled . Thanks.
What happened to the app? It was amazing .. i made many consultations before -texting and calling- but lately i cant reach paying with vodafone as usual or talking to a doctor .. ur facebook page said that it is only for saudi numbers .. how is that? Is there a problem with the service in egypt??
Really is an amazing app, you can contacted with a doctors anytime you want , and this app anyone can use it because it is so user friendly.
Very bad service , they are not answering the free questions , only you have to pay to get the answer , i suggest to cancel the free questions tab as it's useless !!!
For my experience.. The free questions was answered beautifully.. The chat consultation was on a great medical level as well as the talk itself.. So thanks 💕

Such a rip off, no one helped nad when i scheduled a phone call the dr called and then hung up on me after few seconds , I tried to rate him 1 star for the poor service it automatically marked 5 atars This is not helpful at all

I can not sign in to my user account after entering my e-mail, password and varification my mobile number, it begins to loading but doesn't let me in to my profile !!
Bad app Too bad service You just call us then waiting for 10 min then finish the call . The worst service I have ever seen

There is calls coming specifically from KSA but unfortunately when answer , I can't hear the other side even the other side can't hear me

Drop down menus have a problem? Not working properly or I have misunderstood
The service is good and useful I used it many times but I face technical issues recently make it hard and boring to use, fir example I try many times to get verification code through SMS till I receive it and use it without errors.
