Alto Pharmacy

Alto is one of the easiest services I've used. I click buttons and my medication shows up. No need to call people or deal with extra steps. They remind me to order my medication and deliver quickly so I never run out. I only have 1 medication that needs to be filled, and it is still more than worth it to use Alto!

The best pharmacy I've just started to use for myself and now recommend to all of my patients! Exceptional customer service and the app is so easy to navigate and use! They have competitive pricing and make the leg work of getting PA's done for our office, which gives us more time with our patients!

My aunt turned me on to Alto Pharmacy in San Francisco, CA. It's the best thing I've ever done. Easy, fast, convenient, friendly, helpful, eager, understanding. The app is very simple to use, and they always keep you posted. When you call they always pickup or they call you back in the order of the phone que. They have free shipping always. 10+⭐⭐⭐⭐

I discovered Alto while getting started with a new insulin pump system since it's the pharmacy they use. After I used the app and saw how fluently they can fill and deliver I didn't think twice about transferring the rest of my prescriptions there as well. I was using a Rite aid that's about 2 blocks away and it's been the worst experience I've had with a pharmacy my whole 30+ years of getting essential medications through pharmacies.

Seems great until it's time for a prescription. Then there are all sorts of issues and delays. The messaging works great, but it takes a day or so for anyone to respond.

Super convenient and GREAT customer service if you ever have to call! I highly recommend! Unfortunately this latest prescription delivery, the cap came off and the pills spilled out into the shipping pouch.

Alto is the best ever! 6 stars! Dropping one star becuase no caramels last 2 times. 2 times! I LIVE FOR THOSE CARAMELS. Which is likely why I will be also be using Alto to deliver my diabetes meds in the future. Love you Alto!

Really helpful I have lupus and sjogrens and fibromyalgia sometimes I can't get out my front door. The fact that they come and are very prompt about everything really helps.

This is by far and away the most responsive, dependable, affordable pharmacy I've ever used! On multiple occasions I have had my prescription delivered less than 6 hours after my doctor appointment ended. The app is easy to use and very intuitive. I love that I don't have to leave my house to get my prescription, I love the automatic refill option, and I love being able to manage prescriptions for my whole family on my phone on my own time. Nothing but positive experiences here!

Amazing experience. They deliver no hassle incredible customer service both through text on the phone and at facility. This is an amazing company all around.

Most of my experiences with this app have been good, but God forbid you have a prescription with refills. This seems like a common use case, but for some reason the app can't handle it. It constantly prevents you from refilling since it defaults to looking at the last refill in the series (e.g. 3 of 3) rather than where you actually are (e.g. 1 of 3). So it tell you that you can't get your medication for weeks and weeks, the date changes every time you open the app, and support fails to fix it.

This place is amazing! My primary recommended me to them and I was skeptical. I actually stashed their info for 6 months, still sticking it out with my local pharmacy. My medication has ongoing stock problems across the US, but Alto is a lot quicker and much more reasonable to deal with in managing these out of stocks. I'm not going to miss sitting on hold EVERY MONTH 20-40 minutes with my local pharmacy.

I CAN'T FILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS. The app requires that I take a photo of my id too get my prescription filled. The app doesn't work despite permissions being granted. It's the third day since I requested assistance.

As a THT user in NV, I was apprehensive of having yet another pharmacy/mail order change. Since switching to Alto, and learning their specific procedures for filling prescriptions, I have been pleasantly surprised at the ease of use. The few times I needed to contact customer service (due to my own mistakes in ordering), everyone I spoke to was unbelievably nice and ready to help. I really hope THT stays with Alto. It is a change for the better in my experience! Still great!

This is the greatest thing ever! Finally a user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, convenient, reliable way to get meds delivered! No reason to go to the pharmacy anymore! It took so little effort to get this up an running, and I'm not very tech savvy. That's how intuitive this app is, very well designed.

The app is the best medical app I've used. It's intuitative and comprehensive. It integrates communication with organization into a model that comes across as a personal life management team. For a team I have never met, I trust them And for an app to come across as warm, intelligent and caring is amazing. Glad I jumped on the Alto trolley. Send more caramels.

easy to use and understand options I'm delivery and medicine.

I've only gotten 1 delivery so far, but I'm very happy how easy it was to get my prescriptions transferred and also the ease of ordering. I'd really like it if there was an option to get push notifications just in my phone notifications, instead of as a text or email.

The only thing less convenient than mail order pharmacy, would be going back to college, majoring in biochem, and then making the meds myself. My insurance forces me to use them. Great customer service if you don't mind that they can't help get meds faster than a week.

ALTO system for everything is so easy, and there prices are great, compared to other companies. I've referred others and they say the same thing.
