the mechanics seems simple but it is very difficult to master. this game is a true masterpiece, the design style, music and the ability to keep you engrossed with challenges so you always feel the need to come back and try and land those triple backflips. The team has also introduced some really cool things in this iteration when compared to the last game which was also excellent.
Love the game, really peaceful, nice music. The whole aesthetic is wonderful! On the bad side (only a minor bug), on the hardest chiasm, without ballons, and probably the longest jump without any means to cross than jump, i often fall right b4 the border. Yesterday there was a bug as I was both on the ground and falling, it was kinda funny to hear the game over sound bugging but I thought you might wanna fix it? Keep on the good work girls/guys/non binary pals
It's not just a game, it's a piece of beautiful art. Low end device? no problem it's a super light game with relaxing visuals and sounds. First it looks really hard to gain up speed but once you learn to get the grip on it, you just want to keep going. Just one simple thing I want to know that if the devs could higher up the resolution of the night sky, so that to make it look more high quality. Thanks
i absolutely love this game, it's just so relaxing and simple. i played alto's adventure before and when i finished it,i started this one. they're both really fun and great, both with marvelous soundtracks and playstyle. there's just a problem; after the last update, the game has been really glitchy : the backround rocks keep changing shapes and the character jumps when it's not supposed to... hope they fix this soon!
Almost excellent. However, the ads don't seem to have a "skip after 5s" feature, forcing you to watch the whole thing which is considerably annoying. That alone takes two stars off. Also, sometimes the goals text doesn't shift between black and white depending on the color of the background? Good luck reading that.
I've had this game over 2 years. It is an amazing and relaxing game. It was so good I purchases no adds. I had everything unlocked and maxed out. I go to play it and all of my progress and purchases are gone. I emailed the Deb team a week ago with no response. I am not one to waste my money and I hope they do the right thing and correct this. I am not sure how it happened it was random. It asked me to log into Google play, I'm not sure if it ever did that and boom, everything gone.
Really beautiful game, fantastic art with a lovely soundtrack. Definitely a bit of a steep learning curve to get a hold of the controls but worth it for the gorgeous gameplay. Ads are present but not disruptive and the price to remove is honestly a little cheaper than it should be. Would recommend.
Nothing short of a well refined peice of Art. I highly recommend this game for people of all ages, for a game that doesn't take up more than a quarter of a gig it's chock full of detail and vibrancy for the young mind to explore while the older generation will find soothing sensation in the music and rich colour scheme. Challenging and exceptionally well balanced. I can't help but commend every hand involved in the creation of this little pocket of joy.
Would've given 6 stars if i could. -game is extremely well paced -neither too forgiving nor too hard -is aesthetically one of the most soothing games I've played -has good music -does not feel repetitive or get boring even tho it's an endless runner of sorts I would love some lore in the game, reasons and a passive story going on in the background. Also, while the tutorial was alright, I would've preferred figuring the wall run part on my own. Overall, i recommend this. Noodlecake snapped.
I've been playing this game quite a bit the past few days. It's very addicting. I haven't encountered many bugs. Just once in zen mode I fell into a pit and the game froze. But that is the only bug I've seen so far. My only issue is this game has a day/night cycle, which is nice, but sometimes makes it hard to see obstacles. But other than that this game is great! I really enjoy the gameplay, music, and visuals. I almost can't believe it's free, it's very high quality.
Great relaxing fun. Very chill experience. My only complaint would be the way the terrain generates, sometimes you can end up falling directly into a pit you didn't even see in time because you went too fast. Feels like a punishment for doing lots of tricks. Stilly absolutely worth the $2 purchase to remove ads
Color choices blend the background and nighly invisible obstacles. The gameplay and audio are incredibly satisfying, but they quickly lose novelty due to excruciatingly repetitive and slow progression rewarding you with minimal content. The game is pay-to-play without ads, but you have plenty of time to try it out before the ads start showing up. It's an aimless endless autoscroller so give it a shot if you're into 2010 app gameplay with modern (although poorly planned) aesthetics.
I have been playing this game a lot recently, and I LOVE IT! Gameplay is outstanding, Audio is just perfect, but I have just one issue. The issue is the Day/Night cycle in-game. It's nice, but at night, you cannot see the warning signs or rocks. Please fix this, I cannot begin to tell you how many times I've died from that. Overall, though, Great Game!
Great game hurt by agressive adds. I understand and want free games to have adds, but when they put auto install buttons where the play again button is, or hide how to exit them, or auto open to the store anywhere you touch the screen, it really ruins the experience. Its easier to close the game and re-open it rather than be subjected to that.
This game is honestly the best mobile game I've ever played. The graphics are terrific. The controls are simple and easy to learn. The leaderboard give a fun, challenging and competitive aspect to the game. The game can also be for a chill experience as well with the music. This game is no doubt a five stars. 🤩
Relaxing And Fun. Feels like it was made for me. I didn't enjoy alto's adventure as much as odyssey, but it was still amazing. I was especially fond of zen mode, though I would like a few more soundtracks. Overall amazing game. And the best part is it's offline, letting you play it wherever you wish.
It's a pretty fun game to pass the time but I would have to give it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the lack of the option of choosing between static time of day or a cycle like the game has. Additionally if you do add it, it would be great to have the choice at what time of the day you can play such as sunrise/sunset, day, and night.
Compared to the original there's more variety in the level and gameplay, and the look and music is better. It's only disappointing not much more is introduced in the late game in terms of mechanics and biomes, but I still play it a lot. I appreciate the fixes to the lag and the UI polish for displays with notches in the recent update.
Ads, ads, and more ads. Fun at first, but the obvious point of this game is click through points. The ad placement and timing is solely for you to accidentally click through to download the game, not to mention the awful ads they play. Too bad.
The beautiful artwork, the soft music, and the zen-like quality of the gameplay make it a wonderful game experience. There are not a ton of ads that you have to watch so you can keep playing, you can just restart it and that's cool. Great game.
Multiple characters to choose from and yet Maya is the only usable character but cant make it across large chasms. There's not a single character that can actually play the game properly. Characters should each have a unique ability but then be able to upgrade their normal abilities like speed. Achievements can be impossible that requires the generated landscape scenario to be very specific in order to achieve. They should make sure they give people the ability to accomplish achievement them.
Amazing game, beautiful graphics. A new adventure to discover. (I love the water pools wish there were more. ) I don't understand why it was not up for the 2018 game of the year selection. However the high score function doesn't work with my linked in account and there are a few bugs that interfere with gameplay. Also, it would be great if you could still find out about upcoming chasms when you're up in the air performing tricks.
