This is a great app to use while having time for banking. The suggestion I have that can make it better is if you can also see what's already pending to be taken out of the account before it gets withdrawn. I think that will help out alot.
they integrated a new update and now I see that like everyone else I get the network error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled turned my phone on and off and it still won't work. The website says all I needed to do was update... It's not working fix it!
App does not open what so ever. It just says no network connection. Have even uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.
Lately it is constantly stuck on a processing screen. Frustrating when I want to transfer funds for an immediate purchase.
This app functions, its just horribly out of date. It looks like the app was made in the last century. No feature to add fingerprint login, uses a super old school login method. It is very unpolished.
WORTHLESS - App use to work for me a few years ago. Now it is worthless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still blocks me from seeing my account.
The inability to, from the Altura app initiate on line access is disappointing. To have to access via the internet separately from the initial site, not fun, not good. You have to go through the neighborhood park and hedges to enter. Disquieting
After update I am not able to use the mobile app and log on. It says connection error
It works just fine. The only problem I've had is the app sometimes doesn't load and open but that's easily fixed with a reboot.
Doesn't work. Can't make my car payment. You wont get a dime until its fixed also. Better get to work. Ahould have sent a message to people. Imbosiles
Won't go past the initial opening screen. I've deleted and downloaded it 3 times now and I still can't get past the opening screen. My old app for the previous CU I had worked amazing but since the merger...... nope
Lately can't connect to app, keep getting message saying network connection error.
Over time the app has become slow and unresponsive. Please update, it's been quite a while.

It doesn't matter how I'm connected whether it be 3G or 4G LTE wifi hotspot anytime I click to open the page or click to log on it says a network error has occurred please update and fix
Used to be great. Stopped working about 1 week ago. "A network connection error." Tons of complaints here, no fix.
Has not worked for a few months now. Most recently it just says no network connection as app is loading.

This app does almost everything you need in banking. I love it. So convenient.
Its not giving me an option to log in since Saturday. I'm not locked out I have to call the bank to know how much I have. Will change rating once this is fixed
Hate that every once in a while you get the Network error. They need to get that fixed already.

The update on May 21 freezes at 50% and never finished down loading. Repearedly. Since January, still Unable to access the menu of choices after seeing the balance. Get a message immediately that says, "your session has timed out". What's the point of having the app if it doesn't work.
