It's okay, though it won't let me log in right now. IF YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM SETTING THE BIRTH DATE the current year is in the upper left corner of the calendar pop-up. Touch it and it will give you a list of years. No need to scroll month-by-month through 70 years (in my case). :-)
As others noted, the actual website will function to view policy, benefits, with my current login, but I can't even get into the app --with the error being "No benefits or policy found." Call customer service, benefits are current, but they can't get my card or the app to work either. Garbage app. Its useless.
Wish I could give this app zero stars. Can't login because it says I don't have a plan (I do) and I can't create an account because I already have an account. And fix the DOB selection for allowing manual entry. You have to scroll through the calendar from today's date to your DOB (I had to scroll back 51+ years.)
not very user friendly. can log on with the website, but not the app, keeps saying there is a problem matching my records. i cant even get a provider list to show up. this should be much more simple.
Took 5 minutes of tapping to put on my birthdate and after I said set, it changed it and I had to start over. Never mind, don't need to tap forever again. I'll just use the computer.
Basically an embarrassment of an app. Can't get past the login screen of the app, whilst website works with no problems. Terrible.
Both the website and the app are both absolute garbage. Too slow to be usable and ridden with bugs.
When trying to log in says I don't have AlwaysCare benefits, but I can log in at the website and I still have my Suscriber ID and still paying for it every month...
App does not work. Cannot log in. Much easier to just go to the website and log in there.
I had to scroll back month by month to set my DOB. I'm over 50 so do the math of how many back arrows I had to press. Ridiculous.
Everytime I try to login with the app on my phone it always say I have no benefits. But signing in on my labtop it say I do.
Cannot login, credentials could not be validated, but same creds work on the website.
The sign up is RIDICULOUS - to enter birthday had to tap screen over 660 time to get calendar back to Jan 63 - no option to directly enter date
app doesn't work on my phone, but works on laptop/ Pc. not user friendly at all.
Sorry app. Can't set up new user. Others say can't login. And why does it want my location. Uninstalling.
Absurd. Cannot login. Can only change birth date one month at a time. I'm old enough I could be here all day scrolling! Utterly ridiculous and very poorly thought-out.
Fix the calendar for sign up. Not going to click back 400+ months to register.
Every time I tried to log in there was an error, so I could never use it. It's useless to me.
no problems at all. great, easy access
Cannot access anything other than my general information. Will be deleting the app!
Cannot login onto app, nor goggle or Apple for dental plans for Always Care One, however can login using website using the same login information so the problem is with the app.
Extremely difficult to input the date of birth!
Can't login on app but website works! Need help!
Your app doesn't work as well as your online. I am new. I go to your online & I try to set up a log in for an app & it works as bad as your rating. I hate to be condescending or pompous, but you might tweak it to work to be friendly to the working class. I am trying to slowly try to pay back my debt to society & suffer when I should have listened to myself, instead lost a daughter to stupidity & this Ephesus system.. moral.. fix what's broke!
App works great for me no bugs. Love it
Pretty easy to use
For all the people that think they have to click 9000 times to get to their birth year....all you have to do to click directly on the 2018 and it will give you a drop down menu to scroll to your year.
app will not allow me to log in but i have no problem doing so on the computer
Agree about entering birth date to register. You start with the current date on the calendar and have to go back a month at a time to your birth date. Very stupid unless you are under 2 years old??
The app wants my birth date to sign up but does not allow free form entry and can only change the pop up calendar backward one month at a time. I will be 60 years old by the time I get to the calendar with my birth date on it. I uninstalled the app. I hope the actual benefits are easier to use.
