AlwaysOn

A truly terrible app. The UI seems to have been designed by advertising executives rather than by people who know how users interact with phone applications. There is no way to select the size of data package to purchase. This doesn't matter though since the purchase doesn't actually take place - an error flashes past about "unknown technical error, please phone xxx" - too fast to write down a number to call. A large FAIL, but this is consistent with Alwayson itself.

This is the most useless app I've ever downloaded. It doesn't work if it helped the phone to connect to other wireless networks using the allwayson data I bought the voucher it's collecting dust because I can't use it around vosloorus . Do not download the app do not buy their vouchers also

terrible, says I have always on wifi near me try log onto the ones available @avast and wimpy@avast doesnt work, wont connect at all, just gives me a wimpy 50mb connection, wasted money on a 2gb.

I'll give this app 5 stars for a reason: I have seamlessly switched it on and off when I need to be connected. I am downloading it again, I hope there are changes.

I was without data for almost a week,,,decided to register with always on since my own netwrk providers wont give me advance in data,,,signing up wth always on was the best ,,,in need anywhere ,,,anytime

Useless. Impossible to enable the voucher I just bought. Not user friendly and very boring design interface

Terrible app. I've bought 10gigs. Only way i can use it, is when im close to a always on hotspot.. please fix this

I can plainly not use Alwayson and by the sound of it no one on the help line is in a position to help me

this app sucks big time...it doesn't want to take the prepaid pin of alwayson wifi bundle

Just okay, when i had the alwayson package it was useful, but became annoying as it had lots of issues

I've just downloaded the app now and it won't even open ....It just keeps stopping

Absolutely not worth the effort and your time!! I also expect a call from cell C customer service to advise me that I will not be charged for the wifi bundle I purchased

Bad impression I'm really disappointed with you guys I bought a voucher for R199, useless coz I cant use it @ home I must go to a hospot area to use it. And the ladies @ pick n pay couldn't explain how it works .. what a waist .. all money for nothing

This app and overall service provider is one of the worst if not the worst in the world that I have experienced on my travels. Go with a Vodacom sim with data instead. This company doesn't care about support and is seldom operational. Avoid at ALL COSTS.
