Like many others, I'm FORCED to use this app to get additional insurance benefits. Their solution for "fixing" the Samsung health sync problems is to install the Fitbit app on your phone, then manually enter all your workout data daily - because they can't seem to figure out how to make Samsung work. THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION. You guys need to hire programmers who know what they're doing. No other health app seems to have any problems getting data out of Samsung Health.

I'm beginning to wonder if this app is some sort of fraud. It says I earn rewards I go in and submit for them and they've been pending now for over 2 months. I email in a trouble ticket and they tell me it's not their problem and they close it out. Meantime my reward still shows pending.

This app works satisfactory. However, it seems when there's an update, it disconnects from Samsung Health. I usually have to delete & reinstall AlwaysOn. It normally works but this time when the app permissions ask if it's OK to connect the data, it's not happening. Did something happen that doesn't allow your app to sync with Samsung Health?

You would think they would fix the app with so many 1 stars. Cant login, app doesnt recognize any accounts. Cant update my steps from samsung health. Does not sync. App is useless. STILL CANT UPDATE THE APP WITH SAMSUNG. I'm going to get docked in health care benefits because you guys cant get the app running right. UPDATE: Still the same. Now I can't even use the app to login. I can login just fine in the browser. App never works.

Doesn't allow me to log in. Tried doing a reset, never sent password text. Tried calling the 1-800 number it provides, they say call BCBS, called them - nope call wellness people. Tried creating a new account, thinking that would trigger something or make me create a new account - nope. Its frustrating. I rather not have to manually enter my info into the wellness site. App needs a revamp to work correctly.

It won't let me allow to log in. Just doesn't work. It's connected to my fitbit but I'm not getting any points from walking. Very poor experience. And the app is very confusing to use.

Have to kill the app multiple times just to sign in. There is a persistent notification telling me that it's syncing with Samsung Health all day which leads me to believe it's probably draining a lot of battery by constantly syncing with other health apps

Will not recognize my pin once setting it up. 2022 Update: app constantly loses my login info. Has been doing this for years. When I go through the forget user ID or password, it doesn't recognize my personal info and forces me to call customer service and sit on hold. When will this ever work?

This is by far the worse health app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It's about as intuitive as a brick and absolutely nothing is automatic. There is literally no point in connecting a fitness tracker as your sleep, water intake, steps, blood pressure, weight, etc. have to be manually entered in anyway, even though they have your data from your tracker and that's even if you can manually put the data in before it freezes and/or entirely crashes.

I have a problems that are similar to many others' (e.g., buttons that don't do what they're supposed to, receiving appropriate incentive credit), but by far my biggest problem is the inability to remain "connected" to my Runkeeper app. In the past I have had to "disconnect" and "reconnect" every 1 or 2 days to get my data to be imported. Now even that doesn't work. This is really a poorly designed app, both technically and ergonomically.

This app is poorly constructed. Frequently will not accept your pin. Page constantly freezes. Unfortunately even though it shows it is in sync with my RunKeeper the data is never transferred over. In all fairness when I connected with MapMyFitness it does sync. I prefer RunKeeper. Frequently when data is put in manually it's disappears into cyberspace. The first time I called customer service requiring assistance it took them one week to return my call. She was very nice. Same issues remain.

This app takes forever to load and crashes itself as well as my phone all the time. The Quick Tracker allows you to put all your trackers in one easy to access place but then only updates the first one listed even if you make entries for each tracker (which means you have to click into the others individually anyways!) The program (Well On Target) is great, but the app needs considerable work.

This app is horrible. It freezes a lot and never been fixed... frustrating at times! Also, when watching these LONG videos. It keeps asking if I want to continue or if they should log me off. It's long. Doesn't make sense! The app still forecloses and it freezes. Has not seen a difference since the last post! 2/19/20

This thing repeatedly crashes and needs updates that require an inordinate amount of space. And if it is unable to do an update because it has used all extra storage or whatever the reason is *this* round, then it will refuse to sync with the health app. Sometimes it just won't sync and will only do it if I reinstall weekly or less. This app is required for the point system for my BCBS insurance and it's really tempting to forget the whole rewards system. If you can avoid it, just don't.

Very hard to log in, takes multiple attempts as the app will freeze while typing in your pin and you will have to completely close out if the app and restart and hope it works. When you can finaly log into the app it will run incredibly slow, think dial up modem slow. Be prepared to spend more time waiting on screens to load then actually being able to use its features. Great idea but poor execution, if I didn't need it for my health insurance I would never use it Devs need to do more work

I had used this program years ago and had problems with it. I thought I would give it another try since BCBS uses is for their WellOnTarget program. My old password would not work so I tried a password reset, but the app did not send a reset text. I called support where I was told that they were sending a text to reset the password, but nothing was sent.

The program is slower than molasses in winter. In fact it's so slow that it times out before it even logs in. It doesn't matter if it's on my fiber or mobile connections. I wish it was more usable and integrated with GoogleFit. I've called in for help and the only answer they give is to reinstall it. :(

The app seems alright, but I've now got a permanent notification on my Note 9 saying that "Always On is using battery". There also seems to be some issues connecting to Samsung Health to retrieve info. Update. It's completely stopped working on my Note 10 plus. I can't get past the first load screen now. I'm also no longer receiving points and haven't been for apparently about a month and a half.

I originally left a negative review, but then but an uninstall/reinstall seemed to fix most problems...until the next day. So...much...waiting. Incentives aren't worth the lag. The ONLY positive is the biometric login; otherwise there are plenty of better, more consistent apps available. I only tried this because of FL Blue & possible incentives; they should be ashamed they partnered with this.

This app wants to be good but it suffers from a poorly written user interface. The features are on point. But the UI is terrible. It was very obviously outsourced to an offshore coding house. And it does not follow any of Android's Material UI standards so users familiar with other Android apps will be lost. Here are some examples. To sync with Samsung Health you have to turn on Developer Mode, otherwise the slider to turn on permissions does't work. Then after that, you have to go into the settings for Samsung Health and manually turn on data access permissions because when Samsung Health presents the dialog to grant permissions, the AlwaysOn Wellness app steals the focus, preventing the user from granting permissions in Samsung Health. Also, biometric authentication is really handy. Why is it buried 5 layers deep in the Settings menu? You should prompt users to turn that on during the onboarding.

Update: I called the number below and my issue was resolved! The app will not sync to Samsung health. I have a notification on my phone that doesn't go away saying that Samsung health is syncing, always on is checking for updates. Also, when I put my PIN in, sometimes it just sits there with the PIN entered but does nothing.
