Impossible to file warranty claims, the app slows down and does not allow you to select an Alza branch. On the positive side, they support English language.

Logged out. Can't login at all. Keeps saying login failed. Tried so many times. Uninstalled and reinstalled application many times.

There are times where it once in a while freezes real hard, doesn't let me order my products but that isn't really problem. What is for me problem is any bar in search where you can't just drag and push to select the range you want, but you need to tap it bit by bit, kinda leaves me with less than ideal feeling. Other than that, it's good application for good company with quality services

the app is amazing, which is right in line with what I've come to expect after being an Alza customer for 14 years. They've done an incredible job of integrating it into their current system, and the notification system seems flawless. I can order, pay, claim, and pick up my order, all within the app, plus I can deal with returns and claims. If I were to change one thing, it would be this: translate the app! not all of us can speak Czech, and that's the one thing that causes me trouble with it.

Sort of works, but some advertised features simply do not exist. It's supposed to make your pick up quicker, but that functionality is not present at all... Although still advertised. Also, don't use it for placing orders. The web interface is more user friendly and features more options.

The app supports English which is a live saver for me as foreigner. It also includes real time delivery status at shop. Excellent features.

1. There is no language selection, only country determines language. Nobody thinks of Expats... Now because of this you are losing lots of potential customers that has a lot of needs 2. No way to sort, categorize and filter stuff based on tech specs so random chance to find anything to your needs. Please check world examples on this rather than only countries you are in. Shop might be good but definitely not the app or generally site too.

Tons of products. The app itself is great. Very comfortable UI, and perfect categorization / search. If they do not have something in the store at the moment, they always deliver it latest at the morning next day.

In the past, it wasn't translated and it was all right. Then an update came out and app translate into language of my phone on its own. I tried to logged in and since I'm slovak and it was in english, it said "Your account is not available in this country." Damn what a beautiful error. No more explaination. Doesn't care I'm currently in my home country. No button for switching this setting. Such intuitional. Much wow. Lowered my review from 5* to 3* just cuz of this bad experience.

Not the most stylish app I've ever seen but it's easy to use, I can find anything I'm searching for (either products or info on shopping & delivery) and notifications are also quite moderate in quantity and informative in quality. 👍 If you'd like to shop at Alza, I prefer and would recommend to download the app instead of using the website for sure.

Its great when it's working...but usually after update I have troubles seeing any info of a product. It gives me error but I cant really do anything else. What I enjoy is that I can order for taking out from the app. So I dont need to wait on the show room. To compare things its difficult. But hopefully it will work someday

Doesn't work for me. I can't log in via mobile app. My email and password are correctly written. Than it says, authentication is required... I press ok, and error appears, this email doesn't exist.... So there is some kind of bug, I log in correctly and when I am supposed to verify myself it says my email doesn't exist. Please fix

Super service. I tried the pay 1/3 now 2/3 later and it's been really easy! Delivery is always fast and if there are problems, the people are really friendly and willing to help.

Buggy, doesn't work when picking up order. First time I was unable to pay through the app. Second time the app is frozen after the payment. So I had to wait in line and they had to manually input my order. App is broken.

I ordered a product through akza box.. It was said that the product will arrive at 19 o clock, so I have waited for it. At 19 20 they sent a message that the product will be a bit late, I was like fine. I waited until 20 10 and still nothing. Throughout my waiting period I called alza, since I am not a czech I needed an English operator but they had none. As well as on their application there is no option to change the language. I feel that an business running in multiple should have english.

I have been customer for around 5 years in this store. They have this offer called 1/3 where it's written "You are registered and bought least CZK 5,000 in the last 12 months and have 2 completed orders". I have all this thing completed and ordered good via it. They accepted everything and when I went to pickup goods they asked me for Permanent Residency. If it was the case why not mentioned it on website. Okay its not written then why did you very my ID in application. Its just plain stupid.

An alright app and an acceptable range of products. PLEASE retire your ultra annoying and squealing green monster. I've uninstalled the App only as chrome recognizes me accessing Alza and I get the high pitched incredibly irritating voice of your mascot. That includes radio, TV and browsers. Surprised no one mentioned this before...

Services behind the app are absolutely not reliable. Many emails, smses about delivery time, no promisses kept. They also claim that parcel was not delivered because they couldn't reach me. However there was no attempt no call. If I asked about compensation they offered less than 1% of purchase price.

Mobile application is NOT linked with Alza web, so orders are not consolidated from both sources. Unable to buy in the Czech Republic nor install mobile application in Czech language while using mobile phone with English as a preferred language. So absolutely useless for me.

Excuse me but what better experience you can offer when in arrive I click I am here. I need to install for it sizes of mb for function that is done by one click in sms. Mall by the way does it via link too. Now each company is trying to push app on the phone and than phone is a bloatware off one function apps. Respect your customer and give a choice. Otherwise it is disrespectful. Want to save time? Install our app!

App doesn't work properly. Always shows an error message for every information that I won't to see. When I am in cart, it doesn't work, shows again an error message.

I almost never review anything but this app is fantastic! The app is very user-friendly, easy to navigate around different menus to find what you are looking for. I highly recommend this app to everyone. Well done Alza!

Terrible company with the worst customer service in the world. Called 15 times and sent 10 emails over 4 weeks to finally get a refund for one item. Gave them a second chance and the next purchase they didn't even ship half of the order. Class action lawsuit anyone?

very good app, and great customer service, but unable to change language, sadly not everyone speacks language were the are living, for my case i live in Hungary, but don't speak language, no different languages to be found, msg to the developer, if you can please add some. thank you

This isn't really about the app but I thought at least a complaint might get a response here. I ordered 3 things online and they arrived at the Prague 5 shop (without paying beforehand). I decided we only needed one of them so I went to the shop and asked if I could just have one. Employee said I have to cancel order and order again, repeatedly. So I reluctantly did even though I knew what I ordered was just a few metres away. He couldn't help apparently. I'm still waiting for the goods
