Service is prompt and the app is very helpful in current scenario. However, user interface of the app is the worst. After adding one item, the page goes to the cart. For adding another item, you have to come back to the 1st page and start from square one. This is quite frustrating while placing order for a number of different items. Also, there is no option to select date for future delivery except the next day of placing order. Items from some other brands like MilkyMist etc. may also be added.
Using it for about 2 months now. When it works it's great. The app itself is buggy. Most of the time we have to force stop the app in settings and reopen it for it to work correctly. Other times it just crashes. Have send multiple reports. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Most of the time no one picks up the call even after multiple tries. Sometimes the delivery boy screws up too. Overall, I would recommend it, if you are patient and can look past some of the shortcomings.
Keeps crashing! Need to reinstall and still doesn't work consistently! Happens even when using different accounts on different phones :( Response to developer: I always use the latest version of the app, it often works without issues, but does crash quite repeatedly across devices. When it works, we are happy with the order and delivery processes.
Great App, but UX is terrible. I am early adopter of this app and has been using the services quite regularly and has so far been happy with the experience. The one major flaw of the app is the payment area. The freezes and does move forward if you select paytm as the payment option. Same with certain cards. Please figure this out ASAP or you will eventually loose out a great customer base.
Very frustrating! 1. after each product is added to the cart, it goes to the main page; we have to start from beginning and scroll to where we left off. 2. Clicking the back button empties the cart and we have to redo everything right from start! the app doesnt even have this basic feature of retaining products in cart if someone goes to home page or press back button in between! 3.added products to cart and stepped out for 1/2 hr and it showed the session expired. i dont have any more patience!
Terrible app. It keeps crashing. Orders can be placed only after 10, but even after the stipulated time there were no fruits & vegetables. Most tabs either don't or the items are out of stock. This happened at 10.05 AM. Using this app is a total waste of time. Each time you load your cart and proceed the app crashes and you have to reload your cart. This happens again and again. This app doesn't deserve even the one 🌟 I ve given it
App is very bad for ordering. Items available especially vegetables are the only plus point. Items don't stay in cart when there is a timeout. Adding to cart option is also bad. Need to come back to the items page to add more items once an item is added. The payment page is another mishap. The final price including handling and other charges are not shown. Only order value is shown. The final price is visible only after making payment. A kind of fraud behaviour. Overall app is not user friendly
Overall I am happy with the service as I get the products delivered on time as per schedule. But the Customer care is really pathetic. It's very painful to explain them any issue. Multiple rounds of explanations required and at the end no resolution. Got frustrated multiple times. Needs a big improvement !!!!!!
I have been ordering food items through this app for nearly past 6 months. In this Covid situation this is a real blessing. The quality and quantity of food items are good. One problem I see is that all vegetables and other foods are packaged in plastic. Use paper alternatives for dry items and vegetables. Because of large amounts of plastic waste being accumulated I am thinking of stopping this method of buying. Also I will advise others also to do same,if this type of packaging is continuing.
The service has been prompt and reliable, even in the middle of COVID lockdowns. Full marks on that. 5+ stars. But I see that the rating here is for the app ("Rate this app"), not the service, hence the low rating. Reason - I keep getting several notifications over and over, even after turning it off on the app Settings. Please stop hounding your customers. Enough already! Am on the verge of uninstalling this bothersome app now.
I reported an issue I faced while making UPI payments. The team responded the very next day. Even though I couldn't see the order status in the app after making a successful payment, the order was received on time like they promised. I have one request for the team. Please add a way to save your Cart. As soon as I hit back button from the Item List screen, it clears all the items I selected. It's really annoying when my purchase list is long. Please help with this. 4 stars for now :)
I've started using the app only a few days back when the lockdown started in the state. Even during this difficult period they manage to deliver, which is really appreciable. It will be great if they could also include; at least packeted provision items like rice, wheat, sugar, salt etc. and other items like biscuits, nuts, onions, potato etc.
In my view this is most useful application. It helped me a lot in the lockdown period and still it continues. Even though there was some problem during the transition period of software updation ,it is clear now. I have a suggestion. If you update the details of all available items by 9am, it'll be more convenient. Also please include coconut in vegetable
Once you add product to cart, the app takes you to the start of the menu rather than taking us to where we left. This makes the search difficult while adding fruits n vegetables since the choice is more.............. Nothing has been done till date to improve. Moreover, after adding products to cart, if you happen to press the back button, the entire items put in cart is lost. WORST FACILITY.. Please see the big basket app for improvement.
The convenience and punctuality of delivery makes this one of my favourite apps, to order essentials.. But this is the worst app ever.. now with the new update, it has become bad to worse.. takes forever to add items, extremely slow.. moreover there is one delivery time slot.. then why do you ask separate delivery time for each item?would anyone order different groceries at different times?!! It is so frustrating, when after ordering 15 items, one has to choose individual delivery time for each.
This app was good before the update (which changed the design & layout of the app). After the update, the app is very slow and lagging (it's also lagging during the payment gateway page - so it's difficult to complete the payments now) and not as easy to use like before - one example - when we add an item to cart, we cannot adjust the quantity - the quantity can only be set on the checkout page. Hope the developer can fix these issues.
Although I love your delivery service and convenience of doorstep delivery , this is by far the worst app I have used in my life. The new update has made it even worse, something I thought would be impossible. I'm still stuck at the login page. Tried 20 times to get an otp. Tried to use the app without login. Stuck at pin code page. Very frustrating .
Service is prompt and good. Consider adding more variety of items. But the app lacks in quite some basic expectations regarding user experience. I see many users have written feedback on these items. Just a couple of items to consider - subscription always sets the start date to the next day, plese allow to set this for a future date. Viewing existing subscription doesn't show the end date. Don't know what happened to this app, was working fine in previous week. Now this app keeps crashing and gets closed automatically evertime I try to open..not able to order anything. Update - 8th July 2020: Why the issue is not resloved yet? It just keep crashing. Ordered some items through it when it opened for a small window of time..After that still the same issue..done with uninstalling and reinstalling. Moving to your competitors now. thanks.
Your delivery service and punctuality are exemplary. But to order something through your new APP is a Herculean task. Old APP was much better. Please do something to make it more user friendly. For Eg. There is only one delivery time option but we have to select that!, For buy once option, by default it must be made next day. etc. Your delivery system is excellent. Quality of items is Good.
I am a user of this app for couple of month's . Eventhough I love your doorstep delivery and convenience there is lot to improve. Still the app is not working well. It is difficult to place orders. There is no option listed in app to contact support or am teams. It is hidden ! Not able to place order. Little back it always failed at payment options. Now not able to view or place order after updating to new version. Lack of professionalised approach. Not reliable in lockdown time.
New UI is good. Can you tell me how to change my address? I don't find any settings. In Cart, you don't have that option if you are on a subscription service( Cart is empty) Great app. Efficient service.
Giving 2 stars only because of excellent delivery service. Its a nightmare to place an order. Takes such a long time. 3 times after placing the order , I get message order placed successfully, amount gets debited from my account and then gets email that payment failed. Have to wait a week for getting the money back. Editing my review. Giving 5 stars now. The new version is working fine and is much faster. I wish the AM team all success!
Update on 26 July. After the latest update, It is now manageable to use. The service of AM needs, as always, is excellent. Update on 24 July. The updated app has many features, but using too much memory. Very slow to load. My phone has 2gb memory only. It is now difficult to use the app.
App has a lot of bugs and it needs to be fixed urgently. One example: One item in the order list was not delivered on the date given but it did not show up as a pending order for the next day. We had many issues in the previous order and even the customer care representative acknowledged that there are bugs in the app and that they manually enter the available items in their database due to which some items may not be delivered if ordered after hours.
This app needs a lot of work.....its full of bugs and its quite irritating.... initially the app froze....it took me 2 days to finally place a order ( The order screen won't load)...and now when I check my orders....it says no orders found. Very disappointing experience. Update : I ordered today......most of the above mentioned issues were fixed..... appreciate the same, its much better now. Few bugs remain but I guess its due to the volume of the orders....
The worst thing is the extra money taken for payment through gateways, majority online payment systems wont take that extra charge for especially small amounts even using debit cards. Try to change that, or else users may find it difficult. The user interface now being used is so attractive and functioning smoothly than previous ones. Try to add more products of milma also, if possible. The services are appreciable.
Not having an option to cancel the subscription. Pause is available only for the scheduled duration and then automatically scheduling happens for continuous days. If one makes payment for subscription, he/she cannot cancel and get a refund for money whatsoever be the reason. Customer experience is getting impacted due to the same.
Terrible app this is. Some basic UI/UX Sense is missing. But Good delivery, phone support Service and products anyways. Hope the developers catch up with the issues in future. Update : Updated app is much more terrible. Continues using it only because the service is awesome. feedback for this app is not something someone can give. Better use the app as a customer who wants to Place a delivery schedule, Manage payment method, Reschedule some delivery, Add an item to existiting order, or pause.
The earlier app was bad, but the new one is even worse. Took me some time to realise that I can place the order only after selecting the time slot of each and every item. How often do we want items in a single order delivered in multiple time slots! I think it is better to have option for one time slot/order. Your door delivery service gets top rating from me, perfect. Never had any issues with quality of items either. Upgrading the rating, you don't deserve a 1* rating even if the app is bad
