#1 there is a bright blinking red light once you connect this humidifier to wifi. It BLINKS BRIGHT RED ALWAYS! #2 There are "preset scenes", but as soon as you use the app to change the color on the humidifier, you can NEVER (or at least not that I have learned) out it back into color change gradient mode... Even when selecting that preset, the humidifier just does hard color changes, there is no more fading. Please fix these two issues!

Since the last update on 23/9 the device no longer functions as it should. The motion sensor is self activated and is slow to deactivate. I have reinstalled the software and the result is the same. Please expedite a solution as the device is currently u/s No reply to email or this review. System still u/s. AVOID PURCHASE UNTIL FEEDBACK SHOWS ISSUES RESOLVED.

Complete pile of junk, I had to use this awful app to control a LED strip. It never worked and it dose not have the option to scan for a WiFi network you have to every time manually put in the SSID and password. Never connected to the controller so the whole thing is a waste of time!

This app doesnt let me set/change the time setting to automatically turn on/off. It keeps selecting the current time by default. Also, 'link my email' prompt pops up everytime u login, and doesnt work everytime when i say yes to it. So, very frustrating !!!

Doesn't connect to device (diffuser/humidifier), terrible on-screen directions, doesn't auto find wifi network, it appears you're supposed to type in the network ID, but unsure if that means what I've named it or IP or some other identifier. Won't connect. And it is indeed a non-5g network. Confirmation email is from a third party and does not identify Ama Home or the device. is from SSG/fornix. I purchased this as it claimed to have Alexa/Google functionality, nope.

Limited to Google devices. Even if you enable Google apps on the Amazon Fire, the app won't download. I've downloaded other Google apps to my Fire, but this won't. I do like the capability and luckily have a Google phone and have successfully loaded to my laptop using BlueStacks, but a small tweek to allow download to Amazon devices would improve the rating to five stars.

It took 2 months for me to figure out how to get this to connect... turns out it was a security setting on my router that would not allow the device to see other network resoures. Appears to work fine but does not apear that Alexa will control each outlet only the device as a whole..... SH-18-4 power strip.

Works perfectly with our smart home alarm. Sometimes a bit slow but once set up everything good to go! Could you create a widget for the app? Could you also add notification functionality when the app is closed?

Biggest piece of junk. Spent over an hour trying to access the controller. Would be VERY VERY helpful if a complete set of instructions were included how to program and operate this unit. Can't even log in because IT WILL NOT LET YOU!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

This app is simply terrible. Avoid the company and the products. My Houzetek Alexa Socket II (RF251) is in the trash. Never got it to connect with this app. I have many other sockets from other vendors with no problems.

for everyone who is having problems binding it to google home pls do yourself a favour and read the instructions completely. It is easy to bind with google as long as you know your not looking to bind ama home with it, look for SSG home (also known as AMA home). yes the instructions are written in choppy English, translating chinese to English tends to leave it a bit choppy wording. however all the key points are still present for setting it up and connecting to your wifi and google. EASY!!

Worse "intelligent app" ever. Does not discover AP, does not remember it, registers the device then unable to see it again. Avoid their app and their devices.

The app used to work with Alexa ...now it doesn't...Alexa doesn't even show the app anymore ...I am still using the devices thru the app and as timers ..but would like to include them in a routine

I love being able to control my sprinklers from anywhere in the world. It easy and the app is simplistic.

Won't connect to Wi-Fi at all! I have an S7 Edge and I just can't get it to connect to my 2.4ghz WiFi.

Works well. No issues with my outside plugs for my holiday lights. Honestly I just tell Google to control the lights. This is my pass thru.

alarm wont connect (t30) set my router up to just 2.4ghz and it still dont connect. contacting supplier and there telling me to follow how to follow the instructions. 🤣🤣

There was a lamp connected to my mobile but it disappears simply .i tried to add it again but it didn't appears i dont recommend this app and the lamp . Simply you will lose mony

First of all, very poor registration ui. Next, app refuses to connect new device on dual-band WiFi network. Phone connection must be 2.5ghz. Dumb.

After the last update my device is not connected anymore, I tried almost everything, now I have to buy another smart sprinkler controller.

Location settings don't work for weather prediction of rain. Fixed to Shanghai. Cannot control individual Valves with google home. All on or all off only.

Bought one of their plugs total garbage. Also the app is broken English with horrible instructions
