Amala Hospital Appointment

Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, one of the leading hospitals in Kerala now provides automated consultation appointments via message, website and mobile application. This mobile application shows available doctors and their consultation days. You can request an appointment for the available doctors on specific date as you need. You will receive a SMS with Token Number after confirmation.

New patient booking option opened for patients not registered or patients registered with mobile number other than India. Any patient can book an appointment as New Patient. Patient should carry Patient Card on consultation date if already registered. Otherwise Patient will be treated as New patient(Card charges may apply).

The app doesn't show the standard of the hospital. The big problem with the app is that you cannot use it for two users. If you are registered with one patient id and Mobile number you can't log in with another patient id and Mobile number. I don't know who created this system, but it's very bad and low standard. Even those who know basics of Android can create something like this, then how experts like this company go all the way wrong? Very sad about the performance.

App is not upto standards and hospital taking extra income in the name of phone booking. Actually after booking in App we have to take another token in the registration counter and stand in long Q. So the purpose of advance booking is void or useless. Because after paying extra Rs 50 still wait in long Q

This app is directly connected with the system data and you do not need to wait for confirmation from the hospital side. App also provides the list of doctors you have already visited. It makes easier to select the doctors for revisits. Simple to use...Overall excellent app for the hospital.
