*Update September 17: emailed my Rep, and was sent a link in an email to update password. That was successful, and I am now able to access my account. I don't know if the app itself has been fixed yet* I received email instructions to reset password after updating the app, but the app won't let me. The "reset password" button does not respond. It will not let me log in with my old password, so it is totally unusable for me. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, and still no luck.

Does not let you sign in or reset your password. Following the instructions in the email fails to correct any of these issues. 1/16/2020 update. STILL only works when it feels like it. Signs you out for no reason, then doesn't accept your new login after forcing you to reset it. Pretty embarrassing how badly this app performs.

It's ridiculous having to uninstall the complete program and reinstall it on my phone by creating an additional account. The app wouldn't allow me to create or reset my old information I had to completely uninstall it and reinstall the program filling out the information 3 times before the app would let me log in . how hard is it to have a professional app that works.

App has been a waking nightmare of issues upon issues... ive spent more time wasted with IT at the guest service desk inside the arena... STM issues, designated driver isssues... hopefully they've got the bugs sorted out cause this is absolutely ridiculous to have waited this late in the year to have developed/tested/rolled out this revision instead of in the offseason.

Works well, 90% of the time. Wish they'd fix the card payment function so that you can add a tip. New version September 2019 is totally unusable. Requires password reset, but password reset button doesn't work. Total garbage.

Was decent before this last update. Now unusable. Crashes immediately in multiple areas (specifically "My Wallet -> Loading Screen for My Wallet then crash" and "Upgrades -> Instant Crash") on a Pixel 3XL running Android 9.0. No "bug fixes" this time, just made some more.

Very difficult linking to account, upgrades make it worse , not better. It gives meaningless guidance and is very frustrating. The harder you try the more frustrating it gets. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now.

Cannot access transfer benefit/app access issues. I have installed and uninstalled this app countless times. I used to be able to transfer a single game STM discount, and now it says " no events" like I have no more games. This is when I CAN get in to the app with my user id and pw, which is now never so I have to use FB.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I haven't been able to sign in using my email and password (which I know are correct) for over a year now. Plenty of different error codes with no support and no luck. Even when the app used to work, it would sign me out and take me minutes to get back in at the most unfortunate times, like trying to present my tickets to an usher, or trying to access my STM discount at a concession stand.

This app is so inconsistent. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I put my Chase card information in does not show my offer of $25 credit. Sometimes it shows I have zero tickets but yet I've been a STM for 10 years

This app is confusing to log into. One login for the app, but another login for Bolts Nation/Ticketmaster. There's no way in the app to change a password or other login. Very annoying.

Horrible app. So many problems, currently shows I have no benefits!! Can't transfer benefits if they are not showing. Have had problem also where it shows no tickets

Awful app. It will never let me login, always saying the password is incorrect. I've reset it several times, same result. Junk...

Good system but I am old school and when I have 9 friends going to the game and sitting in 2 diff. Sections, 4 in one and 5 in the other. I would like to give each guy a ticket.

Normally an easy app to use but recently it doesn't let you login without at least 2 tries and other functions in the app aren't working as well as last year. ..strange.

I have been trying to access my wallet since the first time I used it and it only goes into a loop and does not load any information about my Amalie money or my credit card on file. I have tried to contact Amalie arena customer service for help but I have never received a response. Very disappointed.

This has to be the most underwhelming app for fan engagement. Little has changed since I last reviewed this app in 2019. In this day and change, you should be able to order food on the app, Pay for it, and not wait in line to pick it up.

I would give it a zero if possible. Season ticket holder, my tickets are not showing up in the app. Makes it inconvenient to gain entrance to the games.

Worst app I've ever used. Not everything you need, i.e. parking, link for selling g tickets, work. Had to call parking vendor & they sent me link. Had to also contact Ticketmaster to put tickets from a future game up for sale that I can't attend.

There are many times I click on an icon, such as events, and it doesn't load anything. I tried to change my password and the times it just got stuck and won't let me.

Doesn't work, last year it was acceptable, but this year it doesn't scan at arena so is useless. BTW $50 in arena cash is loaded but since it won't scan it's also useless.

My tickets appear and disappear in the app. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall in order to view my tickets each time. As a STM I am very fustrated with my experience.

Suddenly my password is no good. I reset it as prompted then try to login and says password is incorrect. Lol i am so glad i'm not renewing as STM, this is just stupid

Rarely works correctly. Constantly kicked out or freezes. Trying to buy or sell tickets works half the time.

Found my tkts easily but when I logged back on to transfer to a friend, I could not find them. Site appeared to be down. Very frustrating.

My tickets don't show up on the app making it difficult to go to the game. I have to log into bolts Nation instead. This is unacceptable.

After recent update I can not log into my account. Directions via email says to request password change. App isn't let me do this. Please address.

Terrible log in experience for season ticket holders. You have to go through a long workaround to log in.

I'd give this 0 stars if it was possible. Completely broken, unusable, but the only way to get into the arena as an STM without my STM cards. Hard fail, Lightning, hard fail.

I am not able to log into my acct on the app at all. I can log into on my laptop but not the app that has my tickets! It sucks!!!
