I hate this app, Amarillo national bank needs to get their act together with this app. It never updates quick, and when it finally does I end up negative in the hundreds all because this stupid app won't update it's information about my account. I rarely do a survey about apps but this app needs to be fixed, and I know there's a problem with this app because my capital one app updates my information fast with every transaction.

When taking picture for Mobile deposit, pictures are taken making check to light, and when trying to submit them does not accept the checks.

This app constantly crashes and resets after I close it. The fingerprint scan option doesn't work and it's honestly a hassle to use sometimes. My fingerprint scanner works perfectly when unlocking my phone so I don't get what the deal is. I shouldn't have to reset my information with the bank everytime I want to check my balance on my savings or checkings. For a mobile banking app, it runs awful. Really disappointed.

The new app has quite a few more helpful features!! Being able to freeze any of my cards from my phone is an added piece of mind and being able to transfer my friends and family money from my phone means I need one less app on my phone. The design is much sleeker, more user friendly, and overall more appealing. Definitely reccomend it for all ANB customers.

The app works great for me. I can transfer money easily from one account to the others and can pay many people of which I am a customer with the pay a person feature. I can also keep track of my son's spending habits in real time (great when you have a teen learning financial independence but still needing boundaries). I have found the new app very useful and convenient.

I'm very frustrated with the update experience on Android. I assumed the old app would be updated on 7/16, but it never was. I finally just happened to check the Google Play Store several weeks later and discovered the new app was listed separately. There should have been some sort of in app notification in the old app so users knew how to find this. I also preferred the old layout of the app and website as there is now way too much white and no alternating colors or lines to separate rows.

Edit 2/11/21 app still wont load Edit: app no longer loads. Always in a state of communicating with the bank. Garbage app. Edit 10/6: Spoke with customer service and all they say is that they know there is a problem but have no time frame on when it will be fixed. Haven't been able to log in for over month and a half at this point. Update: it is December 29 and the damn app still won't load. Horrible customer service. Opened up an account at First Union Bank, their mobile app works perfectly...

All and all eh, I mean its almost more convient than having to go see a teller and since the local number of atms got cut in half I have better luck finding an allpoint atm in denver. Though my personal favorite thing is sitting next to my router trying to log in "your connection may be slow but well keep trying". All and all 4/10 would reccomend since we all have time to waste now anyway.

I would give it 0 stars. With the old app I could easily keep up with my balance and I knew how much money I had in my accounts. Now with the new app I have no clue. This is just one example of what I find very frustrating... the app shows a transaction posted for a $500 payment to Discover, Discover posted the payment on 8-16 now the app doesn't show this transaction at all. I have been a customer for over 20 years. As soon as I can I am pulling my money out and changing banks.

I love the new app!! Very clean and user friendly! I love how you can now access your statements through the app, change your address, transfer funds to another bank and so much more! The new app shows pending items with the word pending in red! I love all the colors on the new app as well! It lets the customer be more in control of their account!! Great job ANB!!!

App is not very good after update. Slower than anything I've ever seen. Lacking features that were easily accessible on old version. Most importantly, frustratingly difficult to navigate. just using education credit union to do everything now.

New app is difficult to navigate. Can not find a good way to go back to a previous screen without it backing you completely out of the app. Statements are hard to read compared to the old app.

Never really had an issue with the app. Fingerprint scan works wonderfully, and customer service is always quick to have a remedy if anything does go amiss. Great work on the app.

I cant fully say if the app would work great on my phone or not. We signed up for a business account and its requiring the phone number we had years ago from an a personal account we closed days after the account was set up incorrectly which prevented us from having online access....why would that still be in the database and why would it be required now years after closing it? We don't have those numbers so STILL cant login in. Theres no option to choose "No longer have this number".

The app will not connect to my camera since the update so mobile deposits are useless. I used it all the time because I work during business hours... I have had numerous late night emails about someone trying to login to my account and to change my password since the update as well...

App has always ran good until last few updates when you go to put in your password it lags when you start to enter it jumps up to user ID and before you know you entering everything wrong so annoying it happenes everytime now and can't use the back button anymore either which is annoying also

This is aweful. I can look at my account in the morning and have several pending transactions with current balance and available balance and transactions that have already posted weeks ago. Then the next morning several of those transactions will be gone and transactions that cleared weeks ago will now show up as negative balances. Then later in the day the missing ones might be back and the negative ones are low positive again.. very frustrating...

So, for whatever reason, every time I try to use the card control service, it takes me to the play store page to download the ANB app- which is already installed; so now both cards I use have been restricted for reasons I can't even know without calling the physical bank (and of course its after hours)... what a joke, how can one trust you with their own money when you guys seemingly can't even get the app to run as it should

There really is no bank like ANB. I've banked with Bank of America & others, here in Amarillo and Florida and none compare to ANB. No fees mean NO FEES, Bank of America! They have been in mine and my family's life for over 40 years. We could use a branch on Washington St though. The app is annoying sometimes bc you'll be scrolling through your charges when the menu just opens and covers the screen. Btw, I love that y'all are honoring the Governor's orders to remove mask mandates! Thank you ANB!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. This new app is not making my life easier at all. It is supposed to be more secure, yet I feel the exact opposite. It's making me question where I keep my money.
