I booked ticket twice but the amount got debuted but the ticket wasn't booked, and also I didn't get back the money. Waste app and watse of money. Lost 1200rs through this app.

You can't book any tickets. After making successful payment and confirmation, it throws exception. Reported many times directly, they haven't fixed this issue.

HAS A BIG BUG..... A GREAT DRAWBACK FOR A GOOD TRAVELS..... After selecting the seats it directed to payment portal... Though the Internet was fast, during transaction it showed timeout exception... Got message from Bank as money deducted... But the seat didn't booked.... Again tried same issue repeated... Then I Called their customer care.... They said my transaction was reversed.. But it took 5 days to get my money back to my account.... It was really frustrating on that immediate booking...
