Amazon A to Z

Terrible now! This App notifies you only AFTER you receive a notification via email or text first so I miss VET & VTO notifications. VET & VTO notifications use to hit the app FIRST. What happened? I should not have to call the ERC to turn off SMS/text notifications for the App. It takes 30 minutes to go through the ERC call process to do something simple. First, they put you on hold to review the policy, then a second hold to find the person who can do it, & a third hold to actually do it.

Horrible... After this new "stability" update the app has become unstable. I am unable to even open it up without it crashing on a loading screen. Edit: Why is there an option to turn off other sites, but the app automatically reselects them by refreshing?? I would like the app to stop undoing what I select or unselect, it's annoying and frustrating.

App is worse since the last update. At times when I try to get VET/VTO a video pops up you have to watch for about 20 seconds before you can skip and by then there is no VET/VTO available, or it will say not connected retry later. It's really really annoying. It has been a month since I posted these last comments and the App seems to be getting worse! So frustrated!! I didn't think this App could get worse but you all found a way. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

This app is horrible. You cant view all of your attendance points, nor can you submit a request for them to be reviewed. When trying to do either the app just takes you back to the "time" tab. It takes forever to add shifts. This is the worst this app has ever been. Take us back to when the app worked. This is supposed to be an employee work tool; not an ad billboard. Employees shouldn't be required to view ads while trying to complete a necessary function pertaining to their job.

Ad-like popups that you can't skip until they've wasted a bunch of your time. Why would you do this to us? I've been late clocking in because of it in the past and I just missed out on VTO because I had to wait for the stupid popup before the app was useable again. I'm barraged with plenty of Amazon propaganda when I walk into the FC. What could possibly make you think I want it on my phone too? Using this app feels like being kicked while you're down..

The app generally functions as expected. It isn't fast or reliable. It isn't easy to navigate or helpful. This is a numbers company where people don't matter. It takes a lot to find reasons to stay when you're treated so expendable.

Marginally useful...when it doesn't crash. After using this app for several years, now it tells me my browser (Chrome) doesn't support it. I've contacted Amazon about it, but have yet to get any response whatsoever.

Ive Been getting this loop ever since I installed this app. I have installed and Uninstalled and updated this app and it's still triggers this. When I log onto the website it works with no problems. It's the app that needs to be fixed

The downloading process is too slow. When I try to pick up shifts, it's hard. By the time I get to see the shifts, they all been picked over and I'm barely getting any hours. I'm Flex PT and I'm like, how is all these other people picking hours fast before me. It's very frustrating. Please fix

The filters reset every time you refresh after the update. It makes me miss out on picking up shifts at a specific site when they drop. Please fix this.

The app was convenient when I can punch in-and-out instead of waiting to physically punch in or walk 15 minutes across the building to punch in and it was convenient when I was getting VTO instead of having to go to the site and wait for it to be offered and then leaving it's not easy and gas is not cheap so if they can fix that that would be great.

Works as intended. UI could always use some work for easier access. I.e. some menus don't feel like they should be that far back. Like trying to find the call-in number. But that's personal opinion.

The new update has made it almost impossible to get a shift. Even when you reload at the right time, the app takes to long to show the shifts. Meaning that they're all taken by the time I can select one.

UI / UX is abissmal for a company with a focus on tech. Everything useful is spread out and the home page is "Amazon News" arguably the least useful thing you want to see everytime you log in. A to Z pushes 15 second ads when you open it. You can't adjust notifications; you either get nothing or everything. You miss important case updates and VTO offerings in a sea of endless COVID reportings and marketing bs you already get forced at you ON THE HOME PAGE. They don't even ask for app feedback.

Sometimes it takes too long to get a signal. You keep flooding my phone with all the covid junk messages, same ones over and over and there's NO way to delete them. My phone storage is almost filled so I really need to get rid of the old messages.

When trying to find a shift, loading takes forever now since the last update on Android phones. No issue on Apple phones. Please fix. Loosing shifts / work due to this delay in displaying work shifts.

Super easy to use. Everything you need in your hands ( or... your phone 😉 ). What I Iove the most is that I don't have to spend long waiting periods of time to request something over the phone. One click... and it's done!

Everytime I get a notification for VTO, it's already filled up, like the moment I clicked on it, it just shows me the "filled opportunity", even if I clicked on it in a millisecond, it's filled up, it needs a better and improved notification system

The filters for shifts resets everytime you refresh the list and defeats the point of filtering. It's annoying when you have to fight for shifts everyday at 615.

I work for Amazon, this is the only Amazon software that works well. In fact there only thing Amazon at all that I can say is great. I do shop Amazon, they do pretty good, but the way they do things working for them, shopping with them upsets me more than it should. This is the only Amazon thing deserving 5 stars.

It does what it does well enough but lately, I've grown just a teeny bit annoyed with the ads that last fifteen seconds. That seems like an eternity when you're trying to request time off.

Solution to crashing on Android 10/11: If the app instantly crashes when you try to open it after closing it this may work. Go to your system settings (the gear icon). Next click on 'Apps & notifications'. Next click on 'see all apps'. Next click on the 'Amazon A to Z' app. Next click on 'Storage & cache'. Finally click both: 'Clear storage' and 'Clear cache'. You will need to do this every time you completely close the app. May seem like a lot of steps, but it takes seconds.

Fantastic tool! So easy to use and gives you the answers you need 99.99%! Benefits, pay, time off, HR, job opportunities, Amazonian news, and much much more! Makes my life and professional interactions with Amazon easier.

So first off I am requesting that you guys fix your app where there's not as many bugs, it freezes everytime I go to pick shifts and shows availibility for Wednesdays from 6:30p-11:30p EST and when I try to select it, it says shift is no longer available every time, so it forces me to pick a time on the lords day of rest..Sunday, which I should not have to work just to reach my 30 hour part time flex schedule. Please respond!

Latest update is just awful. Won't display my clock in times. Two callenders on the home screen...why? Constant error messages. Can't clock in with the app.

I do find the app extremely user friendly but there's so much maintenance that makes the app useless at times. Overall it's great but my only issue is maintenance but I still give a 5 out of 5 because all apps do maintenance.

The A to Z app is a great way to check your schedule, accept VTO/ VET, apply for a transfer and more! I like that they've now added the shift swap tool that you can do a shift swap right on your phone! Also, you can use Chatbot for HR, so you don't have to waste your break standing in line. I'm on A to Z at least 3 or 4 times a day!

If you work for Amazon, this is a very useful app which can help you keep up with everything going on presently and in the future with the company. Also helps me keep track of my remaining balance of personal time, vacation time, etc. Useful tool.

User friendly app highly effective as well useful links easy to understand it's like a one stop shop for Amazon employees to interact with Amazon HR/management or simply just useful information that all Amazon employees should have access to No matter what branch of Amazon employees work for they will find Amazon A to Z a very valuable tool that answers all of an employees questions about their role at Amazon and the benefits that come with their new jobs. I highly recommend using this app.

Harmful app massage and unusual app behavior, I keep getting notification saying that Amazon A to Z may affect your device's security, performance or behavior. I think the app must match the latest security patch! Kindly team solve this serious issue & release update asap
