Your stupid email verification doesn't work. Completely useless if we can't log in. One cannot veriify or not verify if there's only one button for both. A frustration and a waste of time.

Haven't even finished the set-up yet, the process is obnoxious. The app should tell you everything you can expect to need when setting up the account ahead of time. Having to find out that I need something I don't have available at multiple different steps in the registration process is annoying. This app is going to have to be amazing for me to come back to revisit this review.

Great service and the app UI is fantastic. I used to have issues with video but after I allowed both Amazon Care and Amazon Chime permission to play on top of other apps the quality was perfect.

I used the app. The NP was very thorough and professional. My big concern is HOW DID AMAZON ACCESS ALL OF MY PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION from various providers when this is first time I ever used app. This is intrusive and very disturbing since I did not sign release. How is Amazon immediately accessing private information?? Will not use service again as I felt this was too intrusive.

The app is very easy to use, very good user interface. It's a great option for first support and instructions.

This was an incredible option to waiting a month to get in to see my doctors in person. The people I spoke with were very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this again.

This is awesome! I got to meet the best care provider without having to wait endless hours in waiting room or the appointment calendar! And best of all they don't rush through the visit consultation because their day calendar is fully booked. I got to talk to a care provider that truly dedicate their time to listen to my concerns.

I love Amazon. I love working for Amazon. I can think of at least 50 ways that Amazon makes my life easier. But I have to say that Amazon Care (and Dr. Elaine R.) is the best experience I've had with any Amazon related contact. Thank you 😊 💜👍

signing up was terrible. took me two days, and the customer care line not the best, but after registering, the convenience of the visit was great, waited about a half hour for call back, the Dr. was worth it. professional, patient, listened to my concerns, and assessed with care. I'm so grateful for this service. otherwise I would have had to go to work still sick.

The service is great, if you can add a payment method that is... There appears to be a bug on the system and the screen goes blank whenever you try to add a credit card. If you can fix this then you would be pleased with the Nurse service and the Doctor.

This app has been a great resource to me when I needed to urgently see a provider but couldn't get an appointment at my primary care physician.

Can't change login account/re-register with another email/amazon retail account. Tried to raise this numerous time but Amazon devs just taking forever and not fixed until now. A customer is not even able to register/login - and devs are doing nothing to fix this! This shouldn't be acceptable.

Does not let you sign in but when you try to sign up it recognizes that you currently have an account. Will force you to do 90 captchas that it cant realize that you are putting in correctly! Complete waste of time and useless!

I had a great experience with the doctor. Very quick set up process and I appreciate the quick visit and her listening to my concerns and needs. She repeated back my concerns so communication was very clear. Would definitely recommend and I will be a return customer.

Setting up a profile was easy (needed an Amazon website Account) There are prompts to guide you through the application to keep you informed. The verification process of identity and insurance was smooth. And I had a knowledgeable and caring physician Natasha M. who took 2 minutes prior to our appt via video look at my chart. The app does need access to your camera and microphone. So if you are leery of that, telemedicine might not be for you LOL I'm just going to reinstall if I need it again.

The NP I saw was very professional, thorough, and personable. I was on a call in minutes. It was extremely convenient.

It's really nice to be able to connect with medical professionals quickly for a video call where you can show them what the issue is without having to jump through a bunch of hoops to do so.

Amazing! The doctor I spoke today explained everything to me. He spent an hour with me to make sure we had a plan of action for my issues. What doctor have you ever had that spent that kind of time with you? I am blown away with how much a video call with a doctor was a million times better than my other so called doctor that I have been seeing. Love this!

Its getting harder and harder to find good care. Due to the availability, this is not a bad option.

Fantabulous! This saved me from missing work and an urgent care visit. They called in a script for me and everything.

Great service. Quick response by providers. Audio was a bit shaky at times. Otherwise, a great resource.

Fails to launch 80% off the time. Unable to add a new credit card (FSA). Unable to add family members. Conflicting directions on adding family members over 18. Definitely needs work.

I keep getting error that Amazon account is shared. Well I have checked everything, there is nothing shared, no clue how to fix this

Very easy and quick process.

Speed: Was able to get a provider on the line in 5 minutes. Would like to hear on average what it takes for others. Video and sound quality: Was on my home WiFi, so quality was good, no breaks or blurriness. Provider: Quick and professional. First asked reason for visit, and then got into health history. Considered multiple options but listened to me. Offered to send out thermometer at no cost. Session write up: Delivered within hour of visit.

If you face an issue at step 7, please lower you android font size lower than 8 and it should help. The Care team advised they are fixing that bug soon. This resolved my issue. Also you may need to close and restart registration fro. Step 1/7 if you get "Not connected to Network" error. I completely restart app and it worked.

Started out a bit overly simplistic, but this app has grown to be quite useful without getting too complex. Would be nice to integrate cost explorations and maybe suggestions for locations for care when this service doesn't support the care needed.

This has been, hands down, the best app EVER for our family. It has saved us from having to go to the hospital and urgent care during a pandemic. Antibiotics were delivered to our door so I didn't even have to drive to pick up medicine. It has also offered peace of mind when I wasn't confident I had dealt with kids' injuries (I had) and reduce anxiety. Recommended for anyone that qualifies!
