Amazon Go

Amazon Go was a great app because it was useful and quick, but now they want to redirect you to the main Amazon app which is shittier. The barcode was one click away, now it's a few clicks away. And now, you have no idea what's in each Amazon Go with the new experience. I don't want to give my palm data to Amazon in order to shop.

This was the least graceful app sunset I've ever seen. Would have appreciated a transition period, or at the very least an email or push notification BEFORE I show up at the store and have to wait around for 5 minutes to download the Amazon Shopping app over data with a poor signal. Boo.

I used this app probably 1 year ago and experience was great. I just downloaded it today and app is crashing every time when I try to click "let's go shopping" the phone is OnePlus 8T Android 12.

Doesn't work. Says unable to generate a key to enter the store. Emailed customer service and went through troubleshooting and nothing worked. They showed me how to enter using the regular Amazon app and told me to just give up on the GO app because they can't figure it out. Great app guys 👌

I got a data warning this morning: Turned out my Amazon Go app had transmitted ONE GIGABYTE of data over the past month OVER PHONE LINES. I installed it last month to go to an Amazon Go store; it was OK). I only have a 2 GB phone plan! More info is definitely needed before anyone should install this app.

Stumped tech support. Installed the app. Accessed my Amazon account but would not recognize it. Called Amazon support, but no help. They transferred me to Amazon Go support. They could see the issue but had no answer. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no help. Not a positive beginning for an Amazon Prime member. Now uninstalled permanently.

This awesome, automated and digital App is to enter Amazon store when you need just hold your phone screen over the To unlock. Excellent, you can also use this app to let your friends and family by simple scan first. For taking anything from the self automatically added to your card and for putting back on the self comes out of your virtual chart. It works same for items taken ( put out) by friends and family. Since product you take go in your virtual cart, please, don't take things for other.

I couldn't figure out why I kept getting an error message, even after reinstalling the app. It turns out the app is on longer needed to use the Go store. Sheesh.

The app just simply won't open. A message pops up "sorry, something went wrong" and then the app crashes

The app itself is simple but effective, and the store is incredibly convenient. After my first visit the app had my receipt in minutes, and told me my total time in store was 36 seconds.

This app was great at first and i used it here and there. Now all the sudden it's asking for 600mb to update or reinstall. I don't why they made the app so much largerer, but now it's one more useless app taking up way to much space.

Love going to this place. Just scan the barcode and you are inside. Then pick up what you want and walk out. Everything you buy would be taken out whatever card you have stored on your Amazon Account.

Stopped by one of the smaller stores. This is really great and helpful!! When the acceptance of food stamps spreads from NY, I hope at least the thought of partaking in the Fresh Bucks program is being considered! I'll visit the large store soon. keep up the great work!!!! The add bag icon wasn't available until I stepped out the gate--One+ 6T.

Excellent thinking of AMAZON to bring this application. Good application and fast but make it possible to bring this services in all cities and even in small areas ..... .User friendly and the name of Amazon-a world wide famous shopping application has there ,so we can establish trust easily. I hate Amazon, I hate them! But they're trying to bring the next step of the grocery store to life. Not dealing with a bag person, a line, what have you. My first experience was amazing and in too of it the workers were super nice.

Would have been nice to know about the 4 cities this is only available in before installing and setting up. Useless for the masses. This seems like more of a pilot app. Once you have more stores then I might raise my rating if I ever get to use it.

Been customer since 2005, ordered ca.7000 items or more. Once was simple & worked.. i guess you are trying to be trying to show more sophistication over competition. Actually you are making the site more difficult to use,and more time consuming --where timewas your competitive advantage, especially busy professiols and corporat execs. Love the ease of use and the "just walk out" ability. It feels like stealing, but the Go stores are fun. Please bring these to more cities, especially on the east coast (we exist too!).

This app is very buggy. This app is required to enter Amazon Go store. Everyone needs to download and setup it in front of the store. MANY people can NOT get into the Amazon Go store because of the bugs to config this app!! Stupid Amazon!!

Works everytime. Intuitive and easy to use. Looking forward to more Amazon Go stores opening.

terrible it wouldn't generate a entry key and I asked for help from employees and customer service they just transferred me to multiple calls no help I asked others if this occurred and the majority that had problems generating a entry were android users such as myself. It's possible this app is broken just for android users.

No Go or Grocery stores in 40 miles. Disappointed. Huge Amazon warehouse in 15 blocks. (doesn't benefit community) All their truck traffic & noise is present. Talking about expanding, so why can't we have Amazon Go AND Grocery delivery. Since warehouse is close why can't we get grocery delivery from Amazon? Thought it was food from warehouses that's delivered. We have big name stores if they do the deliveries. Walmart, Jewels, Krogers Food4less, Tony's, Berkots. Crest hill, Illinois 60403.

I can't see my purchases, no cart list, no last purchases list. Impossible to control your outgoings. If you pay with cash, the payment is recorded twice.

Downloaded to go into my local amazon fresh grocery store to use the dash cart. No one can help me because they said it was the wrong app, qr code unscannable and there was no other app in the store to download for it.
