Amazon Relay helps truck drivers save time at Amazon Fulfillment and Sort Centers. Use the app to pre-register your loads and get gate passes right on your phone.
HOW IT WORKS
Download the FREE Amazon Relay app. When picking up or dropping off at Amazon facilities, enter load information to get your Gate Pass in advance. Once you arrive at the gate, simply scan your Gate Pass for fast, easy check in.
If you have received an invite code from your carrier, sign in to unlock more features such as notifications if a load gets added or cancelled and detailed instructions about your load. (Contact your motor carrier and ask if they participate in this program).

The app has too many bugs doesn't send you the right direction send you to the wrong address doesn't update quick enough to match what they have at the computers too many problems and the mapping system is so slow it doesn't tell you where you're at until you're right there and it doesn't break it up so you can see it therefore most of the time you're going the wrong direction what if would have given it a 0 but it works
It serves its purpose but can be alot better. 1. Have the app update the arrival times when a delay has been requested. 2. Have the ability to communicate with ROC regarding issues or raise tickets. 3. Provide seal numbers and trailer numbers in the main screen. As the CMR needs to be opened with a 3rd party app in order to zoom in. Or make the CMR zoomable from within the app. 4. When planning routes allow drivers a 45min driving break or make 45min breaks allowed across all amazon sites.
It gets many things right, but no ELB on Android and no updating on maps for construction or Waze like updates on live traffic keep this in the Meh, it works category. Edit: I would love to have the devs contact me... can we have night mode on the "Return to Work" map page, at midnight, that damn white map is bright enough to make the windshield into a one way mirror!
Please add pinch-to-zoom to the trips page. Drivers are often asked for inbound and outbound vrids at the same time. Zooming makes it easier to see both at the same time. Stop navigation auto-starting. I can tap start of I approve the route.
It's not bad when ur score is up but if you happen to drop a load if it's in your control or not they will effect ur loads or if your late for pick up. Most of the time it's a 30 to 45 min window to pick up . U will maybe get a one load a day max. Support will never assist you bcz it's a 100% on they term even though ur an owner apporator.
Map directions said to take a side route to save time but it was sending me into an uncertain city borough of NYC versus my intended route the end of Shirley, Long Island I-495 East. And the Low Bridge warning flag is on my screen. I can't figure out how to get rid of it once I'm out of any low bridge areas. Otherwise it's a good app.
Not that good, should have an option to share the destination to another apps and devices. Should also have a huge update on the GPS system with fastest routes like Garmin GPS. And finally they should update ASAP the Amazon's entrances to be 100% accurate and not sending us to wrong places or just half of the street. Oh! They shouldn't give schedules with ILLEGAL driving times!!!!!!!
Stupid route selection. If you are trucker do you like narrow road & a lot of traffic signal ? I preffer to Highway less then 15 miles stupid short cut. Also arriving detection stupid. Why ? I should check guard. Detection point check office address. I cannot believe Amazon oriented gps. It just 3rd party licence donation. Loose money. Amazon waist money for GPS
If you're a driver don't arrive early and don't you dare arrive late! They pay by the trip/mile... but act like they pay hourly. Amazon will waste tons of your precious time. ROC associates barely speak English so don't you dare have any problems with a trip. It will not be resolved. If you have a bunch of time to waste use this app. They claim to pay by the mile but arrive before your scheduled arrival time and you'll be sitting around like a dummy. The technology is faulty. Just bad.
Directions need to be more clear. Too many times there is only a tenth of a mile to get into the correct lane. It should show the next turn and a list of the directions to see the entire route would be beneficial.
Can't get this to fully work. I use this app for my job with Amazon. However, on my personal device, I can not get the DVIR section working. I'd love to get all functionality on my personal device and be set.
Not the same as on iphone. I wish amazon would put more development into developing this just like the apple one. Including the ELD functionality of it as well.
not fair!! they can do everything ! cancel load ,close load boards 😒 if driver late 10 -15 minutes or if the driver can not take this load, then a big problem! be just!!!!
Pointless navigation, cannot enter trailer/unit height, geocentric constantly moving, freezes on feedback.
Amazon will offer rates under the DAT 30 day average. Amazon also posts the same load on DAT at a higher price than what's on the relay app to to entice new carriers to sign on with them and then when you're an Approved Carrier, Amazon app rates are dirt cheap. Stop hauling Amazon freight For a rate under DAT's 30 day average
App is simple and easy to navigate, GPS needs major update/reprogramming. Have missed many exits in heavy traffic due to the poor GPS features. It does not tell you which lane to be in, it's such a pain in heavy traffic. Tells you to turn at the last second
The app is missing the odometer in the top right corner to do vehicle inspections and Bluetooth connections. This needs an update immediately. GPS can get a tweak too. Also it is not scrolling to the right efficiently. Thanks.
GPS needs to be better verbal instructions can be very confusing. With last minute correction's. Also right and left direction's inaccurate
The gps is unreliable. Sometimes I'll scan a pallet at pick up, and it won't be on the app when I arrive at the destination.
One it brings you down streets trucks are not allowed on. Two it does not always close your stop . Always check when done with a stop. Cause issue with Amazon
It's difficult sometimes getting a signal on relay and then some of the roads that it try to take me down is not in the way I suppose to be going even sometimes the wrong way
The map is always off and it does not warn you before you're exit I've missed so many exits before most drivers said they don't use the map Is what's up improvement is needed
Constant crashes and glitches. GPS isn't consistent. After over a year, nothing has improved
Great app, very simple to use and very effective. GPS detection for arrival at destinations for truckers need improvement.
Garbage app like the company that made it. Instead of building off of the free to use map model data that Google provides, Amazon built their own and more often than not it does not behave correctly. Directions are given way too late for driving 60mph+. Coordinates slow to update. Roads are inaccurately portrayed. The voice assistant is too verbose. Multiple lane roads shown as one road, making exit and interchange ramps confusing at times, especially left hand ramps.
