Beautiful design, decent functionality but the lack of Readability support makes this app completely useless. I paid $2 for this and a $30 yearly subscription to feedbin (which supports Readability) and all I get is a single paragraph followed by a "read full article" link on every feed. I understand that this limitation is set in place by the content publishers but implementing Readability support would get rid of the problem completely.

This app hasn't had any fixes in over a year, and while decent isn't updated for lollipop, has widget issues and sync issues. The bugs I reported directly to the author have went ignored for over a year, the same widget bugs others are seeing. It's a damned shame too, could've been a great news reader.

Very slow to load initially. I guess it has problems reading the database of all the saved feeds (gReader has no such difficulty). Once loaded, the app is fast and smooth, well organized, and the interface is visually pleasant. Still, the initial load time is so long that I don't use this in favor of faster alternatives.

Love the app but would like to see a few more things added. First I think a quick line to Pocket should be added to each feed. Secondly, all links to apps from Google play should direct you to the Google play store app not the Google play website. Other than that this is a great app. Keep up the good work.

The list widget has 2 bugs that bother me. Sometimes it stops refreshing until you remove and add the widget again. In addition, full screen and immersive reading options simply don't work within the widget. In addition, the image cache doesn't work properly and the app freezes regularly. I can't believe this is a paid application.

I decided to revisit the app and see if it had improved from my previous review. I was overjoyed to find that it had. The only problem still nagging me is that when your feeds refresh/update, the home screen will "jump" from your current position to somewhere unknown. If you have the "mark as read on scroll" option activated, many news items get marked even if you've never seen them. This is, unfortunately, a deal breaker as it impairs regular use of the app. It randomly crashed on me as well.

Probably the best reader I've tried. The only major problem I have is that the widget is usually missing about 75% of the pics and it never truly synchs at the 1 hour intervals I've set. It's more like once per day which is really annoying. Would Greenify affect this? Every time I check the Amber is never Greenified so I can't tell why this is happening. Very frustrated.

I've used a lot of news readers, but this one has been the best thus far. I love the organization, the design, and the extensive (but not overbearing) customization features. My only minor complaint is that I think the icon is terrible. I know I know, it's a picky thing to be concerned about, but it is somewhat inconsistent with the much better internal-app design and it looks like something from the beginning of jelly bean. I'd like to see a rounder flatter icon, but again, it's a minor issue.

Beautifully designed and a joy to use, my only issue is that despite having all the correct options checked, read articles are never reported back to my Feedbin account. Even if I manually refresh, everything I have just read in that session is restored unread. Quite frustrating.

WTH!!! I keep this app so, whenever I get a moment to read my feeds on my phone, I can take it out and enjoy some article reading. It's been a while since I had some time to sit back, get some coffee, relax and read my feeds; however, I get welcomed by force closes. Big no no. Sorry guys, but you just ruined my feed reading time.

This is exactly the reader I was looking for. The only request right now is: all links to apps from Google play should direct you to the Google play store app not the Google play website.

Unfortunately, development for this app has already stopped and improvements are no longer coming.

Yeah I personally the icon could use flatter colours and more drop shadows, and the current one would look much better without the "a" in my opinion.

Does not work with Inoreader anymore, probably because of the change to a new API. The dev is not responding to mails regarding this issue. The app is very well designed and beautiful to look at, might worth it if you use it with another service.

App is fast, clean and very functional, but the widget always gets out of sync and stops updating. When this happens, opening an article from the widget opens an unrelated article in the app. Since I mostly bought the app for the widget, the app is largely useless unfortunately

I love the background sync and the smooth interface. Sometimes when I am scrolling down the list an some more news are synced, all the other news are marked as read, which is annoying. Please fix

Geo. M. Dec 10, 2014

...has many synching issues especially in the last updates. Come on this is a paid app.

Adr. S. Nov 30, 2014

When I open an article it should have the option to open full story, other readers are able to achieve this ( simple RSS widget as an example ), having to press the headline each time is a pain

Kri. M. Nov 27, 2015

Beautiful, but keeps force closing when opening feeds...

Cel. C. Apr 29, 2015

List my folder names, but never shows a single story. This is why Play Store needs a longer refund period.

Very well-built app, syncs with every major rss provider, and looks beautiful too. Only thing that's missing is tt-rss support; I'd give it 5 stars if that existed. Solid app, well worth the money, kudos!

I came here to make a list of complaints/bugs I've noticed over the last few months, but since this app hasn't been updated in over a year I guess there is no one here to read them.

Ham. A. Dec 26, 2014

Needs an update to include: - Choice of larger font, the article font size looks so small on the Nexus 6. - Material Design

Jer. D. Sep 20, 2015

Works like a charm and so gorgeous you just have to use it. Thoroughly recommended.

Cor. B. Jun 29, 2014

Very nice looking and functional app. I'd like more sync frequency options and some other tweaks, but already my favorite RSS reader as is.

Rya. M. Aug 21, 2014

Love it! Elegant design and easy to use interface. Only problem is the constant crashes it has. Great work!

Arv. M. Oct 20, 2014

Wow. Absolutely wow. I've tried a lot of feedly readers on Android and Windows but this is simply the most beautiful of the lot. Love the simplicity of the app. Well done!
