Ambient Mixer

Used to be really good, then got a bit disappointing when the controls changed...

Would give it more stars but does not run in the back ground.

Web site version good. Phone app good enough but more of a work in progress. Instructions would be EXTREMELY useful...tricky, but u can keep it loaded in the background but not use with other applications. Controls r far TOO difficult to use & navigation is not simple. Has a lot of potential but u really need a good phone for it to be practical & useful. This is just 1 step away from being an excellent application. Works best as a supplement to web site & as a plugged in ver. for sleeping/travel.

Wish there was a way the sounds could keep playing in the background with me using other things on my phone. I've never seen a music app that doesn't do this. Please fix and I will definitely rate 5 stars. I love everything else so far!

I love ambient mixer, Unfortunately it is not yet possible to let it run in the background. The screens dims automatically to dark, it has a sleep timer but the screen can't be turned of completely or programs switched. It might have something to do with Android limitations? I hope they find a way :)

I'm a big fan of the website. I was very disappointed that this app didn't live up to quality of the website. Screen doesn't off, and if you try to turn it off manually, the app stops playing! Also, the Alarm Clock feature seems disabled, which isn't something I expected for an app I paid money for. I can't find any means to enable it.

Good job this is a good app has different sounds for every night I sleep but having trouble creating custom sounds but its cool though :)

I really liked this app, however now all it does is tell me "server unavailable". I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing.

I'd really love it if I could play this in the background while my device's screen was off. Without that feature, I really can't use it. That said, it's exactly what I needed (to block out surrounding noises in busy places), is extremely customizable, and otherwise awesome.

Really needs a way to play sounds when phone is locked or user is doing other things. It drains my battery so fast and I just want to lock my phone.

If the crashes are fixed, this app will receive 5 stars.

This app is amazing to create backdrops of various ambience with a varitity of sounds to mix to your own tastes...only thing i ve not figured is how to import own made sounds to mix and upload but other than that a must have app

Wish I could run in the background with screen of so my battery won't drain. There are other apps that allow this. Can't use for more than 15 minutes.Until then its usless because drains battery.

Got to be able to play in the background. The phone is useless while app is running. I like it while reading or while listening to audio book.

I absolutely loved this app .. but now all I get every time I click on it is server unavailable or server error .. please fix it so I can continue using it

How do I save my soundscapes? I spend an hour editing, but when I come back to it later, everything is reset to the original settings... 😑

I love using this app while I read a book!

Needs background play and more intuitive controls.

But the latest version won't let you turn off the screen without stopping the music. Unlike any other music app. Fix for 5 stars

Completely awesome, totally tranforms my garden railway at night, with bluetooth in the garden.

I love the website and the combinations of sounds. The app though, stops playing as soon as I turn the screen off.

It's a very nice concept ! For now I'll resort back to the web version. The app version is too difficult to control.

Was really slow...would just stop working...normally you would think it's the device, I'm an IT guy and programmer and this program has some bugs...but I do like the interface design...needs some error handling so it stops locking up

Bought it because the ad said you could save them offline. Turns out you can't.
