WORST EVER APP. The app doesn't allow you to Re-set password with the New Password. As they do not send any OTP to your registered mobile number. Also, it automatically forgets the password from its database if we do not use the app for a long time. In spite of knowing my User Name and Password, can not access with that as I haven't used this app for a long time.

Exposing profile data to other users - email, phone, address When I install and try to login in application, it allows me to log in. But in my profile, it showing other user details. Every time when I try to login after logout it shows random user's profile information to me. So the same thing happens to my details as well. You need to take some proper steps to prevent exposing my data to other users.

Whenever I tried to register a complaint, it always gives error "something went wrong, try later". It very frustrating. And Always saying " Invalid loginid/password".

The CCRS app works very smoothly, allows to lodge a complaint in various departments very easily. The complaint number is also generated and sent through SMS. Overall a very good app. I suggest more and more citizens should use to register their complaints.

Nice App... Good initiative by AMC... App helps to register complaints and attach images and videos too of the problems citizen is facing... it also helps to check status and reopen the complaint... moreover citizen can register a similar complaint too... Also it helps to rate the services and provide feedback of the service and resolved complaints.

Login is not working, tried after reset password also. Then also password not set for the session. Very bad development. Very poor service in e-governance

I am not able to login, have tried forgot password option also but then also the same error is showing up " Invalid Username/Password" worst app I have came across.

in "CCRS CITIZEN" app, we can reopen the complaint only one time. next time there is no option for reopen although work wàs not done after reopen the request. #bug in the app which help who doesn't work properly on complaint.

Worst application I never seen. When I try to sign up it shows that your mobile number is all ready registered. And is I enter my same mobile number for forget password option then app didn't respond further.

I can't open with my already registered account alongwith my mobile number, it says invalid I'd/password Many times attempts forgot password option, but as it is my problem. please solve this problem with replay.

Worst app ever, no registration of complaint happen and if once it submitted by chance then they automatically clear it in system without taking proper action.

Tryng since last 1 year complaint did not raised and error on display (Somthing went wrong, pls try again later ) pls solve issue and give service properly to citizen, i face every time this issue and ૧૫૫૩૦૩ service call invalid also worst service by AMC

Not able to lodge complaint since many days. This is goverment stunt only to show off. Not allowing to put complaint Even feedback is not submitted. Bogus aap.

App is useful, though there are still some flaws. There's scope for improving its user-friendliness....

Not able to renew password, despite of using forgot password options many times not able to renew password as it asks mobile number but not receiving otp or any link to reset password

Not able to login when forgot password it's showing -1

I have installed fresh application but when I login with application it's show another users those also random. It's look some database or api errors

Very nice and useful app to register complaints from anywhere and anytime.

Password is not getting update even after i will reset it. Still its showing invalid ID AND PWD PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL

i think people need other app to book complain releted to app . at catagory this app not work well Google map not working

Complaint ke liye banai is app ki complaint kaha karne ki....? very bad app...can't login...! can't change password....OTP coming after 10 minute....irritating app.

Without any work done complaint closed automatically. Fail application.

After this new update total 2 updates the app is not opening up in my Redmi Note 4 cellphone.
