Very easy to understand and very friendly. Lovely bank and helpfull staff.

It is taking too much time to get otp. Sometimes it take more then an hour. Please look into this issue and try to resolve this

The new update prevents us from taking screenshot, which defeats all purpose when doing online transfer as we would send transaction screenshot to the recipient. Please get it fixed asap

Can't able reset password. It shows wrong data though all the details are right. Please look forward to it.

USELESS APP. You will get old OTPs repeatedly. Secondly, after successfully registering and opening the app you will get the comment every time INVALID USER NAME OR PASSWORD. I am ready to have a challange. 0 stars in my opinion.

After new update the app is working too slow. and Cant take screen shot in app. please work on it.

While resetting password. I put my original birthdate but is shows invalid birthdate. What to do for that. I cant reset my password

Some time says netwok issue during the login process but other apps works properly and also check another device but same issue in their why ??

After update application I can't open my account and only show massage" due to security patch upgradation, please check application updateon play store".i already update application,so please solve problems as soon possible

It shows error while downloading bank statements. Now what is the use of the application if I have to visit the bank for a mere bank statement purpose

I forgot my username, and there is no option to get username. Why registration with customer-id and login with username?
