I had it on another phone and never used it, but today I made a purchase that gave me a certain amount of cashback, so I decided to try to login - and there was a very inconvenient problem that makes me never want to use it again, despite me having money stored on Ame: I need to verify my access on this phone with the former, while I don't have access to my old phone anymore; and I have a new phone number. There is no button or anything to try a new method or whatever, just can't login anymore.
I can not solve my problem with the online assistance of this application. I need an access code, but I do not have access to the previous contact for having lost the chip and the only option given is to send this code to him, however it would be better to send it to my email.
Beware! They lie to you to get you to sign up. I was told by the staff at Americanas this was simply a coupon app but it is an actual bank account. The app customer service is also terrible. I feel so scammed and terrified this random bank has my information. How do I request for my information to be deleted. Also please speak to your partner's at Americanas be more transparent.
Target notifications are non-existent in this app. I found 2 out of 10 notifications useful for me. With all the data you can get of my buyer profile you guys should be getting it right by now.
Xiaomi phone flagged as unsafe. Other know banks like BB, Santander, Caixa, Bradesco, etc. All work fine here but this one just refuses to work, without an clear explanation.
Didn't received the promotion of 100% cashback in a few restaurants and almost everyone around here received, it seems to be a problem in the app
it's quite a useful tool to work with. I just didn't give 5 stars because they work with Razer, a company that treated a girl player very badly a few years ago

Unknown error when I try to buy something
It's a really good deal if you shop a lot from B2W stores like Americanas and Submarino, but it takes too much time to release your order even though your creditcard was charged immediately after the transaction! That's completely annoying! The app is also slow like hell.
