FIX! If you, like me, struggled to get the app working on Android hold down on the app and go to App Info. Tap Permissions, and if your comfortable turn on all 4 optional permissions. Open the app and login and it should work. Then, go back to App Info, then Permissions, then turn them all off but Phone. You should be able to use it without any more issues or setting changes. Worked for me, hope it works for you too. Silly that you have to do this, but the app is good once you can get in!

Way faster than trying to navigate the website, especially with fingerprint authentication. Supposed to be a way to get an alert every time your card is used, I can't find this option. Overall a good app, could be great. Note 8 Xfinity. A lot of these one star reviews are because of the pie update which I believe has been resolved.

Big fan of my A1CU! Been a member since I joined the Army in 2003 & they never let me down, no matter where in the world I was. Now with the app, it doesn't matter where I am! I can pay my A1CU Visa card bill, check my balances, keep up with my car payment, and transfer funds between accounts! It does everything it needs to do with very few interruptions in service. Love having the ability to put travel notices on my cards from the app, too. Keep up the superior job, A1CU.

the app is not up to date for the use with android version 9 and trying to open the app kinda freezes my galaxy s9+ home screen... I have to close all my recent apps to have functionality of my device. I hope there's an update soon.

Great app. Easy access to transfer money between your accounts and up to date information. The only reason for not having 5 stars is that the app needs the ability for mobile depositing which is coming, supposedly.

worked well at first and now it keeps saying sevice is temporarily unavailable and to restart device, nothings worked and it's been a week or so. Gonna delete soon if issue isn't resolved.

The app insists on giving you a ton of rules about YOUR password. It becomes the banks password. People would be highly likely to store the password as they were not allowed to choose the password.

Changed to BAD. New update wants FULL Access to Ph., Contacts, Txts, SD Card, Cam & Mic. PLUS, Ability to Change SD Content & Ph Settings. You ruined a really good, useful App. Absolutely NO Reason for this type of Access for a Banking App. Used it Daily, now have uninstalled.

I used this application alot. After my phone updated to Samsung One UI Android Version 9 it no longer works. Update soon please!

It keeps saying I logged in on to many devices. All I have been using is my phone. Ugh can't even log in to my account because of this.

Keeps telling me to put an email on file.. there is! has been for a long time! Now.. I can't use it! pissed !!!!

Too difficult to setup. Had to page back 59 years just to put in a birthdate and I kept getting a msg that I can only use Latin letters for my username. I tried everything and after 20 minutes I said forget this mess

will not load, my app has stopped working, i keep getting service unavailable reboot system. whats going on? I have reinstalled it more than 3x

Please fix your app. It keeps crashing. id like to be able to have access to the money I stand all day on my feet for.

I used this app alot until my phone just recently did an update on the phone service & now I can't use the app. it just wont work.... 😕

I love online banking and I love the new feature allowing to mobil deposit checks seeing that there is not a office near me and you can no longer deposit at the ATM's.

Used to be a great app. I have a Galaxy S9 and it updated, the app will not work!!

Since a Samsung update my app no longer works. I even uninstalled and reinstalled.

loved this app, but my phone updated and now it doesn't work. I hope it's fixed soon!

I rate the app a 4, though would be a 5 star rating if I was allowed to make a vehicle payment from Another Bank account.

The app is very professional, secure and all of the features a business person would want and need to live a decent lifestyle

Downloaded and then i have not been able to log in. Says user name or password is wrong. And will not let me in
