Here's my main problem with them so I schedule a pickup instead of riding a driver ahead of time instead they'll find a driver at that very moment. And no one would be available at all or a decent time frame. This completely defeat the purpose of scheduling. Plus the app doesn't notify you when the search is cancel when you think it's looking. Updated they change the price on arrival plus take a long time. Sometimes its easier to take Lyft

The app needs improvement. Typing the address on the search bar does not give you the drop down options to pick the right address. Also it doesn't allow you to manually input your address if this ever happens.

This company needs to speak to their drivers because the drivers will really tell you the app is not accurate with the amount. Always have the right amount it tell you dont have nothing bigger because some drivers will really take your money and say it's more than what the app says. Becareful! Some love to scam which I am not surprised because even before they got an app the drivers done the same when the cab base tells you exactly the amount too

The app says how much it is but the driver says otherwise. They won't give change back and will argue with you. So they really need to let the drivers know because this is why people take uber/lyft

Dont waste your time the drivers will not give you your change back and say the app is wrong on the prices. They always been slick for years

If you're going to use this app it's best to use lyft. The drivers in this company will debate with you that the app prices are wrong. So if you planning to use this have the exact change the app tells you

Terrible app can't get a cab at all

App need to be updated

Its being efficient , in our daly life we have to find a way on how to use our time and this app does that. We dont need to wait and talk to rude dispatcher the app get you the cab, and is efficient.

I will schedule a ride and it will say picked up and I won't be in the car. All passengers should be asked the car # before entering

The ability to see where my driver is is priceless. Never have to call and wait on hold for cab ever again
