For Mobike Deposit, Taking pics of the front of the check is problematic. I turn on the flashlight to help. Sometimes I have to rotate the check upside down to fool the software to not cut off the MICR #... this last deposit required 8 attempts on the front and 2 of the rear. It's faster than a branch deposit. I was prompted to review again. Love ABEFCU, hate the check deposit feature of the app.
Yes easy to understand and navigate through.
The app works well, although the transfer function was not working last week. I just used it and it is fine now but for a week or so there was some issue.
My saving grace as my credit union is in the city and I'm in the outskirts and since Covid, have not taken public transportation! To my great surprise, they just made it better by having the app take the pictures automatically! Yay, so happy!
I had to take the picture of the back of the check numerous times before it would accept it.
Photo deposit and other tech is severely lacking and not comparable to other companies services. Overall the credit union itself has been fantastic.

tried mobile deposit thru by cellphone... seems to work fine, definitely will save a lot of time if all goes well...if you don't hear from me it worked without a hitch. :) you will see my rating go from 4 to 5 stars .... in any case I really like ABEFCU.
Better than having to go into the bank, 24/7 access! Updates continually...
My mobile deposits just keep getting more complicated. I got a late payment because i didn't realize the deposit was rejected ..and that affected my credit score. This app needs updating and less rules on mobile deposit. How much more wording do you really need to include on the back of a check?!

It is a solid tool to know how much you are saving. There a minimal glitches, as in once and a while they may be down for repair but they will be back up within a business day or two if not the same day. One of the best companies to store your money
