It really helps me stay connected and informed to ACE. I haven't started classes but I'm learning from students already enrolled through the chat. The app works well, easy to use.
No matter how many times I try, it tells me that my password is incorrect. I've tried resetting it a number of times and it works just fine from a computer. Never can use it from my phone though.
If you get a new phone, you have to re do everything, it's not just, log in again
This is a moderately decent app with some functionality but is limited in terms of useful information and services.

Friendly and informative
I has hoped for a quick way to read new posts, grades, and remind myself of different things from my courses while on the go. On the main menu, it will tell me I have "x" number of new ___ (grades, posts, etc), but when I open that section it shows nothing and say "0 grades" ot whatever. Worthless!
