Used to work great. Since the recent update 11 days ago, it is just a white screen no matter how many times I uninstall/reinstall. Bummer.
App won't open (just as other reviewers reported). I just get a white screen. It was good prior to the update. I hope they fix it soon.
Very easy to use...fast...laid out very well. Always have great predictable results using this app.
Used to work great, but now it always says that there is no "network connectivity", even though every other device can connect to my wifi. I've unplugged my modem and router to see if that would help. It didn't. In the app settings, I used the "Force Stop" and the "Clear Cache" options, and that didn't work. So then I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. Still the same no "network connectivity" notice. I even installed this app on my older smartphone, but the same problem persists.
This is app,like the bank needs serious help. There's constant issues with the updates,you need separate passwords to do on line banking and for your normal account. Also,if you set up auto pay feature,it must be done with the bank or you're charged $5.95 per month,eventhough the payments go thru without you being notified/verified that you approved for the payments! I thought the bank should have the clients best interest,so someone could falsify a payment and you wouldn't know!
One of those Trusted, Easy-to-use application. They now have the zelle feature inside the app.
Since the Las update app just crashes saying app violates security policies!
This app was working perfectly on Android 11. But after updating my phone to Android 12 yesterday, this app crashes when attempting to open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to ensure no issues with corrupt files or data and did not resolve. Wondering out loud that I can't be the only person who has upgraded to Android 12 on a pixel 5 and having issues with this. Please have your development team take a look as I'm pretty sure I'm not an isolated case.
i would give it 5 stars, but the card itsself doesnt support mobile pay(from the phone)....i wish theyd add it. Okay, after a few years of having the app, it needs to be reworked. The user interface is very bland, I get that's it a banking app, but it seems so dated and slow. The finger print login is nice, and for the most part it's solid. However, they do need to add your account info because as far as I can tell you can't find your routing number or account number without calling/website.
Most of the time, the app works fine... But when I need to check my checking and savings on the weekends (when I need to most) I'm just met with an error message telling me tey again or my credentials are invalid. I've reset my password multiple times because of this. I would like to manage and spend my money on the weekends as well please. FIX IT (I'm not asking either, more demanding it. Since I bank with you guys I should be able able rely on your app)
The app use to work and I loved it. Now the app won't open. I tried different things including uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and nothing. It's been weeks and the app still doesn't work. This has made me frustrated and now I am leaving First American Credit Union cause of it. If they cant manage an app, how can they manage a bank.
This app was a forced download, I just liked using the site and that was perfect, but then at a certain point just to use zelle you had to install this good awful app, which included waiting on hold 2 times (30 minutes, which this time I got tired of waiting, there are other things I need to get done., There is no option to have them call you so you don't have to wait and hear the same recorded messages over and over), 2nd try was 25 minutes and I finally got to speak with a person!
Great app until when it works. Recent upgrades ruined app. Screen freezes can't complete task can't log out. App remains running after force close. I often recieve error message no network. Its not my phone service as i can contect to other sites. This app is no longer of any use.
This app and bank is trash. Network is always down when its needed most. It says call for assistance but they dont answer!!! 12/24/19 UPDATE: I have since opened a different bank account because this one was always experiencing issues. I've come back to check my balance and what a surprise the network is down.
Used to work flawlessly, then it started with "no network connectivity", but then it'd go away and it would connect. now, that same message will not go away and its very frustrating! I can no longer log in. Pretty pissed right now!
Works well. Easy to navigate. Simple layout. It sometimes loses my stored sign in credentials. 1 mobile check deposit wouldn't work, but the few others I did worked. Does what it should.

I love this app, I use it almost daily. The one thing that frustrates me is that I have several accounts through AFCU but I can't access all of them in the same login. It would be nice if I could add different accounts all under the same login on the app. That being said, I've been a member for 30 years, and I couldn't ask for a better place to keep my money! Love you guys!
Always freezes at the login screen. It's done this on three different phones. Using the website on Chrome is way better than this app. I wrote this review two years ago, and it still applies.
This app continually freezes and then closes. I have uninstalled/installed to no avail. I just use the website online instead of this app.
Very convenient and easy to use. Im not very good with modern technology but this app makes me feel like a pro. I have not been in line at a bank for a really long time, love it!
Really love the improvements as well as the new interface of the app. Very easy to use and more simplified.
Many "no network connectivity" pop ups while trying to use the app. Very inconvenient. very disappointed.
I found it easier just to use the website at first, because the app didn't want to accept my user ID and password. It kept wanting me to reset my password. Now, after a few days, it seems to be working. So far, so good.
80% of the checks I try to deposit give me an error saying the amount I entered doesn't match the amount on the check, even when it does. frustrating!
This new app is terrible. Have had nothing but trouble since it has been installed. Have to go to web site to get into my account really.
I do like the app, but at times I'm not able to log on. At times this can be frustrating. Always room for improvement.
The app works well. The only problem I'm having is I can't open the free checking. I cam see my savings, but it says error when I try to see my transactions in checking.
