Awful, will never let me login. Used to say info was wrong when it wasn't and know it only says forbidden. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still says forbidden. Worst banking app I have ever had to use...
Says I can't open because of no Internet connection. Yet I'm using WiFi to rate it . frustrated to say the least.

DO SOMETHING TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM WITH YOUR ONLINE BANKING! IT'S NOT LIKE YOU ARE AMAZON! I HAVE CHANGED MY PASSWORD 2 TIMES AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PASSWORD BOTH TIMES! I AM ANGRY! I CANT CHANGE MY PASSWORD ON MY OWN; I HAVE TO CALL YOUR BANK DURING BANK HOURS, NOT MY HOURS. I HAVE USED AMERICAN HERITAGE SINCE 2005 BUT IF YOU DONT FIX THIS BY TOMORROW I AM CHANGING BANKS! I HAVE HAD IT!
A white pop up screen is saying forbidden when I open the app? Anyone else having this problem?

Previous version worked fine, now the app shows "unable to connect to the internet" even though I am connected to wifi (browsing the web & posting this review over same connection). Would really like to deposit this check!! Also wish mobile deposits were available same day, like other banks do.
says you must connect to internet...? I am...and I checked the update, there is no update needed. something is definitely wrong with this app

Simple to use
Now I can't truly say I had the old app so this app has helped me a lot however it still has a few bugs where the transfer might not go through or your balance will show one thing but it hasn't taken out today's or yesterday's payments. Now that just might be how everything works and if so that's ok it would just be nice to know in advance that there may or may not be a slight delay.
Why does it only show 4 transactions only on the balance page? Can I see the spreadsheet of the past 4 weeks? Nice app though..
The app is getting better. I like this one more than the older version. More useful services on it. I will use it daily.
Old app only let me view my balance. This one doesn't say session expired every time u do anything. Perfect.
Could never use ap. Said unexpected error. They need to fix this considering its the only ahb ap.
Love the employees there at the branch i use but the website wont let me log in and the app says "warning forbidden" when i click ok it boots me off the app. Called after hours support and they cant find what's going on. Very frustrating!
